The washer washes our clothes very good. I switched back from front load washer to top load washer and no more smell coming from the washer. I am able to wash comforters, sheets Pillow cases in one load. My only regret was not getting the multi load dispenser for detergent. I have not had any load unbalance and shaking as experienced in front load washer. So far this seems to be a very good washer.

So far so good. I like everything about it except I am 5’3” and it is very deep so it’s a bit challenging to get small stuff from bottom but would still buy again. For me what matters is how long it will last. My last washer only made it 7 years.

I like the washer Nd dryer but i think id prefer a washer with the middle spinner to actually get in there and wash the clothes good but it gets the job dobe by the most part

Purchased yesterday. I'll have to see how it goes as for quality and longevity. But we are starting out at three stars because of Samsung Smartthings. It's the first time I've purchased a "smart" anything from Samsung. Unlike all the other "smart" devices I've purchased, they willingly interface to other hubs. Not this washer/dyer combo. You have to use your phone (no web registration), and to use your phone you have to grant Samsung access to your precise location information. Samsung's reasoning is they want to see if I am home or not as a condition for some of their logic. Problem is, it isn't optional. You have to let them track your phone. I'm sure there are workarounds that require me to remember to take various precautions, such as shutting off the app when I leave the house and removing permission. In other words, I have to be careful to not let them track me. So I've bought my first and last Samsung appliance, and I deeply regret buying this one.

I love this washer! It is huge! I can wash comforters (king size) and it has all the bells and whistles! It even has a self clean option and tells you when it’s needed.

I love this machine so much, I bought it TWICE (first one lost in divorce)!! I love how big the basket is and that there is no center agitator. My king size comforter can fit in here with room to spare (although not recommended to add more). Clothes are clean!
