0 stars! This is an absolute piece of trash and possibly the loudest machine in existence. I currently have 2 sheets (Q), 3 pillow cases, and a throw blanket in the machine-it’s been “washing” for 2.5 hours now. The drum thrashes about, the display shows UB for unbalanced load then the stupid thing starts over trying to wash again. Samsung should reimburse me for my water bill this month. I’ve had this machine for less than 30 days! This is the 3rd time the machine has errores since it was delivered 7/16. I thought it was a fluke at first-I truly hate that I have this and would NEVER recommend it to anyone! Sadly, the two
Week replacement window has closed:( The deep drum only fills about 1/3 way with water in regular loads. When it does function as I believe it’s designed to the items barely rock in the water and do not seem to get clean IMO. Get literally anything else! Save yourself the trouble! Shame on you Samsung, you’re better than this!
