Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this washer, and its matching dryer, about 3 months ago and we really wanted to like it as the last washer was a front loader and always had a smell and the whites never really were white. I spent a lot of money to purchase this as it was recommended to be the second best in the store. However, anything that is dark or black in color comes out with whitish streaks all over the items. We have run the clean cycle twice, have tried warm to mostly hot water cycles, the bare minimum detergent placed on the bottom as directed, everything possible to stop the issue without any significant change. We believe it is because the clothes crumple up in the bottom during the spin/ drain cycle trapping dirty water into the clothes leaving a residue. It is extremely frustrating, and I feel as if I've wasted the expense on this machine. Wish I'd stuck with a front loader which never had that issue! Would not recommend. Regret my very expensive purchase! Dryer works great though

It's also quieter than our last Samsung washer. I also love the deep fill option for certain loads where the extra water is necessary.
