My clothes feel and smell awesome! I also love watching the cycle start through the glass top. Just really neat to watch, lol.

The capacity is so big. That I can hide in there if I need to hide from my grandkids. Ha ha only kidding. I love it though.

It kept washing over and over because it was not spinning the clothes. The tumble wouldn't balance. I switched it to the same brand with the agitator and I'm really happy with the new one. Also the delivery guy that brought the new one stated the previous person didn't connect the washer correctly with connecting the water hose on wrong side. I guess the previous person put the cold water hose on the hot water and vise versa. He said that could have been causing the problems.
