I can finally wash my own blankets and it’s clean when it gets done.

0 stars! This is an absolute piece of trash and possibly the loudest machine in existence. I currently have 2 sheets (Q), 3 pillow cases, and a throw blanket in the machine-it’s been “washing” for 2.5 hours now. The drum thrashes about, the display shows UB for unbalanced load then the stupid thing starts over trying to wash again. Samsung should reimburse me for my water bill this month. I’ve had this machine for less than 30 days! This is the 3rd time the machine has errores since it was delivered 7/16. I thought it was a fluke at first-I truly hate that I have this and would NEVER recommend it to anyone! Sadly, the two Week replacement window has closed:( The deep drum only fills about 1/3 way with water in regular loads. When it does function as I believe it’s designed to the items barely rock in the water and do not seem to get clean IMO. Get literally anything else! Save yourself the trouble! Shame on you Samsung, you’re better than this!

Great machine that can handle my king size covers.

Unit did not work right out of the box and it was a replacement unit for another Samsung unit that didn't work either. Delivery people dropped it off, powered it on and left. Didn't even turn on the water supplies before running the first cycle. Now Best Buy is telling me that I have to wait 3 days before anyone will even come look at it. Zero stars for BB and Samsung

What an amazing washer I can fit the king size, comforter, and sheets in at the same time. Still plenty enough room to have enough water to wash the items properly no middle agitator, so nothing gets tangled and twisted in the end clothes come out so clean, feeling and extremely rinsed feeling with only one rinse cycle.

I really like my Samsung washer. I noticed the efficiency on this washer after the first use, my whites were the whitest I’ve seen a long time. Clothes come out of the spin cycle humid to the touch. I can fit two king size comforters in one cycle. I love my washer. Recommend it 100%.

Outstanding Samsung Washer. The larger capacity tub let's us do larger loads of laundry. Quiet, efficient, just what we were needing.

Very satisfied. Accommodates my king size bedding beautifully and washes it thoroughly. Very quiet and technology is very intuitive to use.

The large capacity is amazing. We switched from a 14 year old front load to this huge capacity top load and we can now wash our king size comforter with room to spare. No agitator allows for easy fill of large items and all items come out clean on the multiple cycle choices, You can even do extra rinses for heavy items to ensure they have all the detergent washed away. The only negative is the machine is very deep, so shorter people will need a grabber to reach the clothes on the bottom to pull them out

This washer is a good size and easy to use. It’s a smart washer, but I don’t have the smart functions activated (you have to get a special installation for the smart functions). Nonetheless, the washer has useful non-smart functions. The washer seems to clean clothes well and is pretty quiet.

I’ve been using the Samsung for over six month, and it has made my laundry routine much easier. The steam clean option is fantastic for kids’ messy clothes, and the washer is incredibly quiet – a huge bonus since my laundry room is near the living area. The capacity is perfect for washing comforters and bulky items. My only issue is that some cycles take a bit longer than I’d like, but the quick wash setting is a great alternative for small loads. Overall, it’s reliable, efficient, and stylish

This was a great buy! You can say it was the Best Buy! Its a great quiet washer, very efficient and powerful, i was skeptical but I did my research and was pleasantly pleased. Bestbuys process was great as well. They helped me load it and the pick up process was great with great customer service.

Pros: size of washer more room to move about in laundry room. fits large loads. Cons: If short (I’m 5’6) I have to stand on tippy toes to empty, angled top…. Items fall off. Does not seem to clean DIRTY clothes well (baseball pants… from sliding!). You have to PUSH the buttons. Lid has SLOW close.

It’s an upgrade from my previous washer. It’s larger, quieter and easy to use. It has all of the washing settings that you will need.

Like size and performance and ease of using and that Samsung doesn’t change features

We switched from a side load to this top load and this has been a night and day difference. Sometimes form over function makes sense in this case function makes more sense as we’ve had too many issues side loaders And this is still a nice looking product it just doesn’t look the same as those nice side loaders
