The basic FUNCTIONALITY of this product is subpar. It stopped working correctly within a MONTH. Now i'm jumping through circus-style hoops that have been set on FIRE to get clothes clean. We're using more detergent, more fresh beads, more bleach - just to get clothes clean. It's like there's poor agitation or something. After only 30 days, both this and the matching dryer went on the fritz and basically need to be replaced. After 30 more days and at the height of the holidays, both the washer and dryer were functioning so poorly you'd have thought they needed to be replaced instead of being the replacement for a 20-year old trusted Whirlpool. It's only been 90 days (60 days of which i've been trying to get Best Buy or Samsung to step up and i'm going in circles). I can't send it back and if i could, i completely would. Save yourselves and buy something else. This is garbage. I finally got in touch with a real person this morning from Samsung and they're sending someone in 4 days to fix it. Stay clear of this set. Go buy a Whirlpool.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this washer base on the number of positive reviews. however, i'm greatly disappointed at how it worked. i observed 2 different separate wash cycles and it does exactly the same. the washer tub/drum spins back and forth but not enough to create any washing actions. the clothes on top stayed on top and the bottom clothes stayed on the bottom throughout the wash cycles. best describe it this way: imaging putting your clothes in a 5 gallon bucket, fill it with water, spin it back and forth by holding the handle. that's right, the bucket spins but the clothes remain in the same position unaffected by any washing mechanism. the clothes on top does not cycle to the bottom and the bottom clothes does not cycle to the top. in both wash cycles, i have clothes that remain above the water lever and never once did it get dipped below the water level and the washer was only halfway loaded. at a $1,000 price point before sales, i expect better performance. it also uses at least 2 times more water then my side loading washer. returned it the next day.

The WORST. Knotted clothes always

It doesn't matter what I put in because there's not enough water so half is out of the water and it's a knotted mess. What I hate the most is that is starts agitating right away! With dry clothes in it! No spinning first, just agitating while the water starts pouring. My clothes are ALWAYS knotted up. Waste of money for the way it works and bad quality for an expensive style washer. DO NOT BUY. Buy LG instead or a cheap washer
