At first I was very happy. As promised it washed my bedding. But now only a year later it not longer rings out my beddings or small loads. I am also having trouble with the lock. Since my clothes are always wet it’s always locked. I have to turn on and off the washer multiple times before it restarts/unlocks

New but still broken

I understand things break even when new, but the fact that we have not been able to wash clothes in a brand new washer for over 2 weeks is why this product is being given this rating.

Was on the phone trying to calibrate and fix it and just does not work. The warranty is out so I had to buy another washer.

Washers without agitators just don't function like it should. When there is an error on the screen good luck getting the door to unlock , takes very long to "wash" , but does not wash correctly so you end up double washing.

Best Buy replaced it as a Total Tech Member, but the new one also make some sounds that seem like plastic is hitting the inside. I think the manufacturing is too delicate. The price is good, but I don’t think it’s built very durably.

Parts are not available for this machine for new. Had service company come out to fix machine that was only purchased 1 month before. Sears home service. They never contacted me telling me couldn’t get parts but marked order as complete. Samsung tried to reschedule service appointment, then tell me they tried to contact me to replace machine - they didn’t. Here we are 1.5 months later & I have spent over $300 at laundry mat & no fixed or replaced wash machine.

I feel like this washer just swishes the clothes back and forth and does not get them clean. The cycles are very long and take over an hour or more for a lot of them. I clean the detergent tray after each load and I still have to bleach it frequently, as well as the area it slides into, because it gets black mold on it. Would definitely not buy this type again. I would rather have an old school washer.

Worst washer ever - slow and causes elec surges.

It becomes unbalanced with towels that have been evenly spread, take for ever to wash a cycle, and is so tall that I doubt most people could reach the bottom. Lastly, it causes all the lights in my house to flicker when it goes swoosh. I have all brand new electrical in the house! This was for a rental home, but I am getting rid of it and switching back to LG. Don't waste your time and money.
