It’s an upgrade from my previous washer. It’s larger, quieter and easy to use. It has all of the washing settings that you will need.

Like size and performance and ease of using and that Samsung doesn’t change features

We switched from a side load to this top load and this has been a night and day difference. Sometimes form over function makes sense in this case function makes more sense as we’ve had too many issues side loaders And this is still a nice looking product it just doesn’t look the same as those nice side loaders

Its great, my wife can easily reach the bottom of the drum without standing on something. Her older samsung she needed a stool. Wish it had a steam cycle, but just a little much for the top of the line. She does not miss all the extra cycles on the top of the line. Otherwise, she loves it. Best buy is the greatest. We ordered black and once delivered, she change her mind. We went to Best by and they switched it out, quickly and without any issues!!!!!

So far, so good. Works nicely and is large capacity. I had a Samsung dryer and went with a Samsung washer also. No issues with it yet (but my older Samsung washer - older model did stop spinning from time to time after a few years - I had someone come fix it but issue happened again so figured I was better off purchasing a new one).

Love it! Before you realize it that never ending laundry ITS ACTUALLY DONE=D cutting time by half or less of the time it takes…Ooh BTW WHENEVER is your deep cleaning day checking every room. Removing anything and everything thats is machine washable you would still have time to SIT DOWN and enjoy the rest of THE DAY like me with my handsome boy:D aKa the responsible magicians for them mountains of laundry-_-

Im writing this because ive been eyeing this set for 6months. They use to be 1299.98 they just changed the price to what it is right now. I have the screen shots of the original price. I can show proof! It should be lower price since its Christmas lol what a joke!!!!!

I really love this washing machine. Easy to set up and use. It has a water spout to use is you need to rinse an item before starting the machine. This is the best top loader non agitator machine I have owned.. this is my third.

This washer is BIG. Washing blankets is no longer going to be an issue. If you are short, it may be tough to reach in and get to the bottom of the drum. Lots of options on this washer - I stick to one option and it's been good. The washer is solid - I got the extended plan to protect it for 5 years. I hope it lasts well beyond those years!

So I love the size, I love the features, like the button to run water so I can spot clean. I do think it might be a tad too smart in some ways. If it detects that the load is unbalanced it will flat out stop washing and it’ll tell you to fix it. I acknowledge that this is a good thing, it will make the washer last longer. But it would be nice if I’m gone and need the clothes cleaned, they could let us choose to keep washing if it’s not that far off. But overall it’s a very nice washer.

Very happy with this washer, i was very skeptical on buying samsung appliances after bad experiences with my older one but this washer exceeded my expectations. I do recommend especially because its larger then typical washers.

Fantastic washer, the Samsung washer has an amazing size laundry basket, that makes washing comforters a breeze without worry of being off balance. Upgrading from a Maytag that broke down multiple times, this unit gives me a sigh of relief.

After much research we purchased this wash machine. It has a large capacity and what we really like is that there is no auger in the middle giving you the option of a large capacity. Best buy also offers an install as well. I highly recommend the install and this product

This is an excellent washer! There are many options to wash your clothes! The app gives you a little more control of the options you choose. We've had this washer for a couple of months now without any issues! I highly recommend this product!

However, I do have one gripe: the downloadable cycles. While the idea is great in theory, they fall short in practice. I wish I could adjust key settings like soil level, water temperature, and spin speed within those cycles. Without that flexibility, the download options feel pretty useless to me. That said, the core performance of the washer is excellent. It cleans thoroughly, runs quietly, and looks sleek in my laundry space. If Samsung improves the customization of the app features, this washer would be near perfect.

I absolutely adore this beauty, easy to install, easy instructions and easy to use! If you’re a short person, you may need a step ladder to reach inside after a cycle and it’s wide enough for bedding! I can’t wait until the matching dryer arrives!
