    Did not last 1 day. Two loads and my wife said there was a burning electrical smell and would not turn back on. Do not buy this junk.

    I have 2 week with it, used it twice and is already giving me issues with it not been level.

      To ensure proper grounding, the washer comes with a power cord featuring a three-prong grounding plug for use in a properly installed and grounded outlet.

      It is necessary to have an AC 120 V, 60 Hz, 15 AMP fuse or circuit breaker. Utilize a separate branch circuit. Link the washer alone to the electrical outlet.

      If you are unsure about the grounding, have a qualified electrician or service person check it out.

    I purchased this washer about 3 weeks ago. I read tons of reviews before purchasing. So far so good. Tub is huge you can wash a ton of clothes. Cleans clothes well and is pretty quiet. Easy to use and seems to be a solid machine. Only reason for 4 stars is it seems to take a little over an hour to wash a load of clothes on most settings. Not a huge deal because it cleans the clothes and I assume it’s because it doesn’t have the agitator. I was able to wash all the sheets and blankets with one wash which was a huge plus.

    The Samsung 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer is awesome. I love the "super speed wash" feature. Since I have had this washer, I'm going to have to rethink a few things. In my opinion, this is a superb appliance!

    Works amazingly! The drum is huge so it can fit my bedding without overcrowding. I love the smart feature so I can track when my laundry is done from my phone.
