This Samsung washer is the best! I have bought many washers in my life and have never been excited to wash clothes until now. Super large and does everything it claims to do.

Product is awesome! Service is terrible. The installation was not a great experience. Didn’t ask me which way I would like to swing the dryer door. I had to ask for them to install washer they weren’t going to. Best Buy’s customer service center is terrible. Samsung is the best but I will never buy from Best But again. The company has gone downhill bad.

I love my washer. I love the size of the tub. It makes it so much easier to wash my blankets and afghans. I love all the choices I have for water temperature, spin speed, and type of load I am washing.

First, the size is great for large items. The washer is very deep if you are short this may pose a problem to retrieve the clothing after the wash cycle is completed. I am 5 foot 7 inches and and have some difficulty. The ringing is annoyingly long after the wash cycle is done but can be changed. Overall good buy.

Me and my wife decided to purchase this Samsung washer with the matching dryer after our LG front loader ( which had been amazing) finally tapped out. I originally wanted to just replace it LG front load washer since our dryer was still going strong and I loved our pedestal storage add ons. My wife however wanted to move on to a top loader with more capacity. She fell in love with the aesthetics of this Samsung set. I can’t deny myself how beautiful the set is, but… OMG the washer is so rough on the clothing!!! We have not been able to figure it out, but I can literally put a new garment in, and it comes out after the was cycle looking like it’s been washed 10x already. On top of that we sometimes end up with spots on the clothing. I immediately wanted to return the whole set, but my wife was convinced we would figure it out and maybe I just stuck on the LG. Well we never have figured it out! It’s a beautiful washer that seems great on paper, but it’s so rough that it has ruined so my garments. The dryer has been flawless for the most part. The dryer rack however did break after a couple uses. The design of it I feel is very poor. It slides into a slot at the front of the dryer on the lint trap, but simply rests onto two very shallow indents at the back. I believe the plastic rack headed up and maybe warp just enough that it back slipped off the indents and the spinning dryer drum broke the rack. I ended up using epoxy to repair it and I use a rag at the front were the rack slides into the lint trap. It pushes the rack back and wedges tighter against the indents at the back. All in all it’s a beautiful set that we’ve kept hoping for the best and now just deal with the flaws. I read so many positive reviews, but after paying over $1700 for the set. I must say I’m pretty disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the washer despite the broken rack works very well….

Washing machine seems great, tub is really large and convenient. I would recommend this if you have large items to wash.

Not the washer we purchased and Best Buy can't do anything about it until tomorrow. People who delivered it out were quick and efficient. They started the rinse cycle while I was turned around. But when I went to check the washer I noticed it didn't look the same as the one I ordered. I pulled up my order to verify, and I was right, wrong washer. The guys were already down the street by the time I noticed so I immediately tried to call and see if they had my washer on the truck accidentally delivering this one. Best But says they can't do anything until later this evening or tomorrow. When the cycle finally stopped, I went to check the model number that's supposed to be on the inside of the lid to make sure, and there were no model/serial number stickers anywhere. Called BB back informed them of this and requesting replacement, they still said they could do anything until tomorrow.

Was a little apprehensive at first with it being a model without the agitator. After one year I have zero complaints. Handles and cleans heavy loads no problem. No balance issues. Handles comforters,heavy loads no problems

Well first I didn't expect this machine to be so tall so watch out if you're short. I have to bend all the way over and down to get clothes out of the bottom. My husband doesn't like the impellor because he feels it doesn't clean the clothes very well. It "rocks them around like a baby". But I love the capacity of it!! It's nice to just put the clothes in without having to fit around the agitator. And there are a lot of pre-programmed options for washing. I've seen a lot of reviews on this item breaking early on, so we'll see. I've only had it a few months so hopefully this lasts.

Love the way it works and the settings. Only problem is it is so deep I have to use tongs to pick up my clothes in the bottom of the washer. Works well. Very happy with this machine. Just wish Best Buy was a little easier to deal with when I tried to use my Verizon discount. That was a hassle!

So first off this is a HUGE washer and if your a shorty like me you may need tobuy a stool specifically to reach in there and a grabber stick. Tall people 6 foot+ have zero issues. You have to be carefull about uneven loads my washer popped up a error message when I washed a small throw pillow with my sheets. I tried to balance it myself i leatned to just drop it all in and let the machine shift it around. I like the washer app that lets me know when the washer is done. My washer is on the bottom floor of a 4 level home with me at the top its soooo nice.

This washer has a very large capacity and so far has done a great job washing clothes for my family. I haven’t tried out washing really dirty/stained clothes yet so I cannot speak to this specific washing machine's ability to get really soiled clothes properly cleaned. The only reason I didn’t give this washer five stars is because you cannot dispense your liquid laundry detergent with a normal sized cap. My family uses Tide liquid detergent (for cap size reference) and you have to carefully angle the cap to dump in your liquid detergent into the washer’s detergent dispenser as the cap will not sit flat/flush on top of the liquid dispenser due to the top loading door being in the way. It can be annoying because if you’re not paying attention because the detergent will drip underneath the removable dispenser and directly down onto your clothes versus properly diluting the detergent through the dispenser. Otherwise, I am very happy with this machine. FYI, if you are shorter than 5’5” I would go into a physical store to make sure that you can reach to the bottom of the washer in order to grab out all of your clean clothes when the washer cycle is done. On an installation note, the install guys did a phenomenal job with install of my new washer and removal of my old washer.

I had a samsung washer before, but this one waa my best purchase of this year!

I bought this Black Friday and have only had it a little over a month. So far we love it. My 12 yr old son thought it was so cool he actually did all his laundry lol. I won’t be buying the Samsung dryer because everyone I know that has it has had major issues. But the washer is solid!

Great product and quality, very happy with purchase. My wife is very please of my selection as surprised gift to her. Washes very well, quite, and all around perfect.
