||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife and I actually love everything about this oven except for the heat vent which blows air directly out of the oven into the kitchen. All functions of the unit work well from low heat settings on the cooktop to accurate temperatures from the bake and broil functions. One exception is our convection oven cooks no differently than the bake side and when we press the conv. converter, neither time nor temperature changes (so we cook at same time and temp as set on Bake function). Our convection fan stopped coming on after a couple weeks and we have yet to call Samsung of Best Buy. We replaced a 20-year old Maytag gas/electric unit whose control panel is no longer replaceable, but whose functions worked without fail all these years. We have resigned ourselves to the fact that they don't build ovens as well as they used to (when we bought the Maytag, it was one of the cheapest ovens we could find). But, to go back to the beginning of this review, we love the look, it cleans easily and we used this unit a couple times every day.
