    I purchased the Samsung oven and had to wait to install it until my kitchen remodel was completed, so I had it for about 3 months before installing and using it. One week after installing and using only 3 times, the glass oven door shattered into a million pieces while using it. The glass on the inside fell into the oven and down into the warming drawer below. The outside glass did not shatter, thank God. I immediately call Samsung for service since it had been over the 30 day return policy with Best Buy, Samsung did not send service for several weeks, then they called and rescheduled again. Long story short it was very bad customer service from Samsung. It took 6 weeks to finally get it repaired after multiple phone calls. I will say this though, I have been using the oven for a year now and it does great. One of the burners does not light very well, but I will not call in a service call for it.
