I got warranty yet Geek Squad not able to come for 2 weeks! Not happy! ;(

There are only three manufacturers that make true slide ins - Samsung, Frigidaire and Bosch. I decided to go with Samsung for the features but most importantly, the black porcelain surface. This surface is easier to clean and more resistant to scratches. I am very pleased so far. I’ve only had it for 4 weeks. I love the black stainless look. The different burner sizes take some time to get used to NBD. The oven cooks well. The only feature I wish it had was convection conversion but Google helps with that.

This is not a con but the surface is hard to keep clean. I like to surface to look nice and shiny and that requires a lot of maintenance. Also, the grills are a bit heavy which is a good thing but with that say you can easily scratch the surface if you accidentally drop it.
