The only thing I really do not like about this oven is that the timer is not loud enough. I have searched through all the materials and cannot find a way to adjust that. If you were like me, and walk away from the kitchen to do other things while something is cooking, you might burn something because you would not hear The timer in the next room

Doesn't need more than basic nylon scrubbing pad to remove most splatters. Cast iron griddle top doesn't hold much grease and doesn't really heat evenly. Oven holds temperature perfectly. Highly recommend keeping a clean microfiber cloth handy to clean the control screen surface.

Best Buy refused to exchange the unit since there was a delay between when it was delivered and installed (over 30 days). Samsung refused to cover their own defect as apparently their warranty doesn't cover that. After all of the problems I've had with this set of appliances, I will never buy another Samsung product.
