Best Buy contracts third party companies to install appliances and it's a headache to deal with since they're inexperienced or just down right lazy. I would never recommend anyone to purchase installation for a gas range from Best Buy. Tried contacting Best Buy/Geek Squad multiple times to assist in sorting out the problem after the installers broke one of the legs on the first unit and kept getting the run around being transferred to different departments. They said they could not help and I had to hire a different licensed contractor to complete the installation.

I had an electric stove slightly different from this. It had a diver to make it a double oven. Our new house has gas. We loved the old stove so much we just bought a gas version. Unlike the old, this one is black stainless which I highly recommend. Fingerprints are just impossible on stainless steel.

Just off of warranty, the display stopped working for time and temp. This is approximately a $450 repair with labor and ridiculous for a relatively new range. Samsung is hard to work with and I am very disappointed in the functionality of my appliances. 3 of 5 have needed repairs that have come just after the warranties ended.

One of the best looking gas range with nice color.

I'm not a cook so I can't speak to how well this range and oven cooks. I mainly purchased it because I loved the black stainless finish. I also bought the same matching finish in the Samsung refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Sadly, at some point in year two of ownership, the finish starting peeling at the bottom. It is now such an ugly eye sore. Every time I walk into the kitchen, I get angry when I see it. The dishwasher is also peeling in places and is poorly designed. The Samsung fridge's duel ice-makers stopped working (infamous, common problem. Google it.) I bought these appliances soon after purchasing my first house. Will never buy Samsung home appliances again.

The black stainless steel looks great, and I especially like the counter overlay on each side to eliminate spills going down the sides of the range. Five burners, with one 18,000 btu for high heat, quick boil is nice. The oven also comes to temperature quickly, with a bell alarm to alert you when ready.

I waited over 20 years to purchase a stove. This particular stove was rated very high by Consumer Reports. Best Buy was the only store that had this model in store. It's easy to follow the instructions which was very important. It looks like a high end professional model but costs a lot less. I love everything about it!!

Beautiful and sleek. Top is black so hides dirt a little. This is the thinnest model I could find that’s slide in that works in my kitchen so glad it is modern and nice features. The grates are heavy duty and the wok is nice

This new Samsung stove is a step way above my previous stove. I never thought that I would want a smart stove, but it really is convenient and easy to use. My wife and kids all love the new features and the extra burner. I would definitely recommend it.

We replaced this range because the old one was not baking items very well. This oven is spot on as to the recipe instructions. The burners are powerful for big pots and I have had no issues with this Range from Samsung at this time.

Functions and features abound. Very clean looking. Came with a quick tips guide which was perfect. The touch pad control screen is very easy to read and use. the center burner is the best....bacon and pancakes!

Yep, I was hesitant to buy the Samsung range, but I liked the look, features. Now 15 months later, GAS LEAK. So far, gas company headache of cutting it off, plumber is $1100, only to be told by plumber it is not i the line, in the stove. Happy holiday weekend with the gas shut off.

First time with a slide in range. I love it!!! I baked chicken breast in the oven covered with aluminum foil.. Very Very tender, due to the all around temperature in the oven. Top of range is very easy to clean as parts lift away easy for cleaning.. .

this is the best range I have ever used. Gas burners are powerful and, when necessary, subtle. The wok attachment really makes Chinese cooking easier, and the blow-torch power burner is great.

My only issue with it is the top shows dirt and marks so quickly, need to clean constantly. Wish the top was not like this black. We replace a black unit for that reason, I wanted to have the nice finish, matching the fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Apart from that works well, the oven works well as well.

Really good product no worries and does everything it should. Has turns on and off. I can change the height of the flame. Oven heats quickly and cooks well. Timer works easily. Only one glitch the grill plate that comes with the stove . Not a fan and having a hard time working with it. Everything sticks.
