Overall, I have no complaints. It turns on really fast. I like the center burner. It has a nice chrome finish. Delivery was extremely professional; they even took the time to level it; something previous deliveries didn't do.

I am fascinated with the middle flame and the oven now I can bake cookies!!

Very happy with the new range. It heats much faster than our old range and the burner layout works well with our cookware. The oven heats quickly and as far as we can tell heats evenly. The stove top is also very easy to clean.

We purchased this Samsung Range to replace a 20 year old Whirlpool. It was a good decision. We really like the grills being one level all the way across the top and the additional griddle is a great extra.

Bought this stove for my mom as an early Xmas gift she loves it.

I recommend the stove, NOT Best Buy. I purchased the stove and an installation. When we were making final arrangements, the customer service person explained that I would have to pay an additional $109 to have the conversion kit for propane installed. I canceled the installation and recruited a local guy to do it for considerably less. When the stove arrived, the delivery guys startled me by explaining that they could not unhook the old stove and take it away that day. I'd have to get my plumber to unhook it, then call to get a new removal date. Customer service had not informed me that the stove needed to be unhooked. I turned off the gas and unhooked the stove and the guys took it away. A few days later, a customer service representative and I had a discussion about my getting a refund for the installation that did not take place. She said that I could not do it over the phone. I'd have to go in to a Best Buy store. She also informed me that the CS rep with whom I had canceled the installation had me down for canceling the entire sale. Luckily, that had not reached the delivery department. When I went to the store to return a gas line that we didn't need, I spent a good half hour at the customer service desk waiting for the nice lady to figure out how to give me credit for the piece I was returning, since its SKU did not match the SKU on the order form. The stove is fine, so far. But I will never buy another major appliance from Best Buy.

I have never had a gas stove before and this one is amazing! Everything cooks so much faster and tastes better! I had no idea that it would. The flame is easy to control. The gas oven cooks brilliantly as well!
