The stove was delivered early! The installation was done professional and the service excellent! I love my new range. I bake often, my roast cooked to perfection under a lower setting! But, I had difficulty with the panel, as I had to press buttons more than once for the feature to connect. I'm not sure if this could be a real problem!

I bought this range back in Nov 2016. I had researched ranges for the past year.......looking at reviews, prices, etc. I found this gem! it was a great price and I stand by samsung products. I have their phone, blue ray player and 4k tv. all made well, and a great price. This range cooks to perfect. I made a ham and turkey for christmas and they turned out perfect. Its easy to clean and I love the grill it comes with. I make pancakes on it all the time. Just be sure to turn off your burners all the way .I guess my old old stove turned the other direction so I had to get use to doing it lol!

This range is the best I have ever cooked on. I love the different burners and the griddle. The oven is big enough for a huge turkey. Besides it looks great.

This range has everything you need. I am impressed and it is better than expected. You would expect to pay a lot more for the quality. The oven has in my opinion more accurate even heating than an electric. Very pleased.

Overall, it wasn't a bad purchase - nothing super great or bad. Install was a little confusing if you've never done it before, but I don't think you should pay a pro to do it,

The stove was easy to set up and install and it functions well. It seems to be made well and looks like it will last. The black surface is a little hard to keep looking clean.

Top range surface burner grill grate has cross bars meeting at 90 degrees. If small pot having bottom curved is kept on grill, it is supported at one point only in center which is a safety issue. We then visited Best Buy and saw there is small grate which will sit on top of this grating which was for another Samsung Gas Range. We called Samsung to inquire about this small grate and even inquired from Best Buy but no one could help. Even Best buy had this small grate in store, no sales person could provide name or part number. Finally on our own we found the description and part number at Part Store on web site. Description of part. Range Surface Burner Grate Part no. DG94-00939A With this part even small curved pots will be stable. Most of other gas ranges have more stable grates with center cut out. We want to give FAILING GRADE to Samsung on design of top grate.

We love our new range! It is wonderful! Cooks much better than our last gas range and looks amazing! So far so good!

It heats quickly and evenly and has features you would expect to pay more for. it's a good value made by a reputable company. I recommend it to anyone looking for a long lasting trouble free range. The display buttons are hard to push until you get use to them. The bottom storage is small and it is not a convection oven but it does a wonderful job.

I love my new stove. It looks nice and works wonderfully. My only complaint is that I was led to believe the stove would be installed, but I got a phone call the night before it was delivered and they told me they do not install gas stoves. So I had to scramble and find a plumber to come install my new stove and pay $100 to have it done. Everything you read about this stove says it will be installed as long as you buy the gas line installation kit, which I did. I am very unhappy with the service.

Ok I like it but my wife loves it and so does my mother so that's a win all the way around. I also enjoy using it. Reminds me of cooking in a commercial kitchen. All around a high quality stove that we purchased for an excellent price.

For the most part, I love this stove. It looks great in my kitchen! My favorite thing about it is that each of the burners lets off a different amount of heat. The grates are nice, but smaller pans have to be set on them just right or they tip over. One of the buttons doesn’t work great, but my last stove didn’t have buttons (or even a clock) so I still consider this a good upgrade.

Needed something easy to use with excellent reviews to replace an old stove. Fixing up the house slightly to sell soon and wanted an excellent product that is excellent so far. Easy features and excellent oven. Would highly recommend.

this is my first oven that i bought and it is great

This is a very clean and easy to use stove! The cooking heat is well distributed so everything cooks so nice.

Purchased this stove online on 11/29/15. It was delivered on 12/10/15. Defective. Four of the five burners did not ignite. Contacted Best Buy and they agreed to replace it with a brand new unit, to be delivered on 12/24/15. On 12/20/15 got an email that this was on back order with no delivery date available. I checked online, and the same stove was available for delivery starting 1/2/16, but now $300 more than I originally paid. I believe Best Buy filled orders at the higher price before they stood behind my original purchase. Still no set delivery date, even though they agreed to install for free. When all is resolved, I will have been waiting for Best Buy to provide me with a working unit for over 40 days from the date of the original purchase. So much for my holiday season...

The stove is well built, heats quickly, has different size burners and has a professional look about it.

Great stove for the price. Preheats quickly. Large oven for baking several items at once. Great for the holidays.

My old stove was just that, old. I shopped around and found this one and it's just like my mom's only she has convection which I didn't need. She liked hers so I thought I couldn't go wrong. The middle burner doesn't get too hot to where things burn right away which is a plus for me.
