I love my Samsung phone, TVs, and fridge, but I cannot recommend their ranges or customer service. The oven temperature on this was not accurate -- off by a good 20 to 25 degrees. There is a way to adjust temp, but the adjustment would never stick. By the next time I cooked something in the oven it was off again. When I called Samsung service, they readily agreed to send a service person (range still under warranty). The person was horrible. He told me I should have purchased convection, and insisted the temperature was accurate. So I continued to use the oven, trying all kinds of things to have something that cooked reliably. No go. Things was so bad that I decided to simply get a new range of a different brand. So we did.

I order this range because my wife was looking for a new stove that is durable and stainless steel so when we recetthe ramge she was very happy with the new purchase.

Found this to be in stock (Pacific Sales in Best Buy) and it was delivered the next morning. It looks great in the kitchen. More versatile than traditional 4-burner.

This is a great range. The stainless steel is not installed with quality. If you can find it on sale it's well worth it!

This stove was worth every penny easy installation and excellent quality for a great price .

I've had this stove for a little over 2 years. At first I loved this stove, everything worked great. Baking was wonderful and accurate. Stovetop was good. Then about a year ago (just after the warranty was up) I started having problems when I was baking. I would put in a cake, cheesecake, pie or whatever and then take it out at the time I normally would and it would still be raw in the middle. I finally got an oven thermometer and it was way off. For example, today I checked and the oven said 450 and the thermometer read 406 -- then my husband pulled out his lazer heat reader and it was 380! (I guess two of these have to be wrong...) Yesterday I made a cheesecake and instead of the usual 55-60 minutes it took over 90 minutes for it to cook -- and since the cooking was so uneven (hot then cool -- back up to hot, etc) it cracked horribly. It would be different if it was just "off" so that when it read 450 and it was really 425 -- it could be adjusted or just calculated when you put it in -- but the temperature will be set to 450 and be 450, but then it drops to 390 -- for a long time, then will go back up to 430, then back down, then back to 450, etc.. And then once in a great while you'll bake something and it actually stays the correct temperature. Horrible and frustrating!! FYI: When I did a search on fixes -- I found A LOT of complaints for this exact same issue, and it seems not many had any luck in resolving it.

Beautiful looking stove but the ignitor on one of my burners has already failed. My last stove was 22 years old with no problems, imagine my disappointment when this had problems in less than 3 years.

Good price but not the best quality, food sticks easily, very hard to clean, display failed after the second year with very little usage

Looks great, functions poorly. Porcelain interior is already deteriorating and rusting; self clean heats up so high the entire unit is too hot to touch; very difficult to clean the exterior, interior is impossible; oven racks and grates extremely difficult to clean. Samsung makes great electronics - would advise to stay away from their household appliances.

Stove is less than 5 years old and I already had it serviced. Also I have to order new knobs for it. I miss the old appliances I grew up with. One refrigerator and stove would last you a lifetime. Now you have to replace every few years!

2 1/2 years after purchase, the number keypad stopped working. The repair tech said it is a poorly designed stove because the keypad (motherboard) is too close to the heat (that is why the 2 back burners have extremely small flames so as not to produce too much heat since they are close to the keypad). He said do not put any hot pans towards the back of the stove. We didn't, and less than a year later we had the same issue. I contacted Samsung support and they were of no help. The stove is less than 4 years old. Rather than repair, we are looking for a different brand. Also, the knobs are very cheap! We will not be buying another Samsung.

multiple repairs always breaking from the digital display to the broiler to even the nobs...garbage

First time itself it failed and did not work.I would rather return this product itself but we start using after 15 days only since kitchen remodel work was going on in my home ,After the service ,it worked and again now within 6 months it stopped working.

The stove stopped working one month after the warranty expired, apparently due to a bad panel.

Gas Range Won't Light up 1st Day. Order was deliver and hook up. It won't light up. Frustrating.
