The wife and I love this range. The Chef Bake option for convection cooking works perfectly. We can load the oven racks and everything finishes together. The top burners are excellent. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This Samsung stove is a great stove. We use it everyday and its a perfect fit.

I have owned this Samsung chef collection stove for 3 weeks now and I am really enjoying cooking with it! I never knew what I was missing by not having the convection oven feature. For instance, last night I cooked two pork tenderloins & sweet potatoes on the convection bake setting. Well let me tell you, that was the most juicy and tender pork I have ever cooked! It came out PERFECT. I was also impressed with how the sweet potatoes came out perfectly caramelized but not burnt! I have also made two chicken pot pies with perfectly golden pie crusts!!! So to date, I am loving this oven!! I do have to agree with another reviewer that when cleaning the stainless steal stove top even with a soft microfiber cloth with either windex or stainless steal foam cleaner, I have seen some light scratches on the surface. That has been a little dispappointing. I will also comment that I probably will not cook hamburgers that often on the middle griddle as the grease from the burgers gets everywhere and is time consuming to clean. When snow season ends my burgers will go back out on the barbeque with less mess.

I am so happy with this stove! It looks great and it really added a "cleaner" look to my newly remodeled kitchen. At first I had originally purchased a gas range but I saw this one in sale and debated getting it because of its look. In the end, I got the slide in and had many compliments. This is my first gas stove and it exceeds my expectations. Also the oven is great though I am comparing it to a really old electric stove that had literally no extras. I love the touchscreen, the window, and more. I am happy with my puchase. The only 3 drawbacks I have are: (1) The stainless steel easily gets scratches. I have a few scratches already because of use but I was informed that it would happen. (2) Cleaning the top of the stove is not easy because of the heavy grates. If you don't place it down carefully you can scratch the stainless steel top. (3) Cleaning/wiping the front of the stove can be annoying because the touchscreen often gets touched by the towel and it turns on the touchscreen. Not a big deal because of use. Overall I love this stove!

Beautiful, easy to install, use and been dependable. Bought in 2017 and still in use today.

We bought the complete Samsung Chef Collection and are so happy with it!

We got the stove and tried to cook a roast beef using the meat probe, within a week. It said the roast was 150 F straight from the refrigerator. We called Samsung and they sent us a new probe--no help. They sent a repairman with ZERO parts. He agreed it did not work (1/2 day wasted) He came back with a new main board(almost ful day wasted - he was over 3 hours late) -- it did not work. Called Samsung tech support - they say resistance between two pins should be 11k ohms - BOTH boards are 19k - Now they want to send a second new board which is also 19k ohms so is not expected to work. That will be another 1/2 day or more -- then they will discuss replacing the whole stove or giving us our money back. Its a great stove just totally incompetent service.

Up to this unit, did not notice the slide-in version of a stove, but once you notice it is missing a console, it's hard to go back to the traditional style. This stove looks like it means business. Still braking in the unit, but clean-up is a snap with the removable grates and burner assemblies.

Great stove...have had no issues thus far. Very ppleased with the service from Best Buy during delivery and install
