The design of this range is perfect. I wanted a double oven but didn't want to give up the lower drawer for cookie sheets and muffin tins.. There are also times when the smaller double ovens just are not large enough for that big turkey. With this two way door, I can use the oven as two separate ovens or take out the dividing wall between upper and lower and have a large enough oven to cook that extra large dish. Smart!

I love the double oven. It is very easy to use and cooks food great!

This is a glass top stove with radiant elements underneath the top that that heat up quickly. Easy to read knobs for control. The flex duo allows using only the top portion of the oven for cooking a small chicken, and vegetables. The lower oven gets residual heat for warming plate. I went with the bottom storage drawer instead a warming drawer. For a fully fledged meal / large turkey, the divider plate can be removed. Overall a really well made product, typical of all Samsung products.

I purchased this stove 7 months ago. The stove has operated wonderfully 100% of the time. The temperature is accurate in both the upper and lower ovens. I have not had a need to use it only as a single oven. The controls are easy to set. Quite honestly I usually just use the top oven, as it's easier to use-think no bending over. When cooking on the stove, the inner and outer rings work well. I like being able to store cookie sheets and roasting pans in the bottom drawer. The best compliment I can give this stove is if I had to buy another one for someone I would buy this exact same model.

Here's a draft review based on your experience: "Extremely disappointed with Samsung's customer service and product quality. Bought multiple appliances in 2021, and they're already malfunctioning. First, the fridge acted up last year, and now the stove is having issues. Called Samsung's help center, expecting assistance, but they outsourced the repair to a third-party team. This team is demanding $350 just for a diagnostic visit! Unacceptable service and product reliability from a brand that should know better. Beware of Samsung's lack of accountability and costly repair policies." Feel free to modify it as needed to express your frustration accurately.

The split door is fantastic, especially for baking. It allows us to get things done twice as fast. The fast boil and other settings work great as well, and we love the black stainless finish. My only complaint is that the glass surface stains easily and stains are difficult to remove, but in my experience this is a problem with all glass tops.

Did a great deal of reading before deciding on this stove. Absolutely love having a double oven. It is so handy when you just want to bake a single pan of cookies or something. Have never used a convection oven before now and have fallen in love with it. Extremely happy with all of the features.

love the ability to have two ovens in one, will see soon if it works well for the holidays. Hard to keep the stove top clean with the black, wish it was the blackened stainless on top.

Wasn't even looking at this range, but after seeing it at Best Buy, then seeing all the positives over other brands we were sold. Works excellent, heats quickly, convection truly speeds up heating process. 5 out of 5.

I bought this oven during Thanksgiving. I'm glad I did, because the food baked perfectly, and I was able to cook two different things at different temperatures at the same time. I am so happy with this oven.

I’m just so sad. The first one arrived and the stove was broken to the point of being a safety concern. They ordered the next one and it’s been working fine until the first time I tried the self-clean cycle on Saturday. I called Samsung but they were not able to help me, called Best Buy but they would not help me because I did not buy an extended warranty. Finally got someone to come out and take a look. This particular model is very defective. When you run the self clean cycle it will get too hot and short out the circuitboard and that’s exactly what happened. Google this and you will see how many people this has happened too. Just very sad! The second range is 13 months old now. I will say that the ovens preheat extremely quickly! It also cooks most things at a much faster rate. The black stainless color goes well with a variety of cabinet colors. The Touch controls for the oven can be difficult for the bottom oven and we often have to press or hold them several times to get them to work.

Love the split ovens. Glass top shows every little spot from cooking, boiling water splashing out, etc... I have spent A LOT of time cleaning, but it sure looks good in my kitchen. Also, not the fastest boiling water, but I knew that was issue going in.

I love this range. However I have had to make big changes with baking and cooking iin the stove. Definitely cooks quicker than my 10 year old range.

I read a lot of bad reviews for this stove, but then, all the stoves I looked at at all the stores, had a lot of bad reviews, so it came down to features and this one has the features I wanted. I love that I can bake in only the upper portion or the lower portion, but if I need the entire oven space, I can remove the partition and have one large oven. It is a beautiful stove and easy to use. I will return to edit the review, if I have any issues with the stove in the future, but so far, so good.

I thought the duo part of this oven was gimmicky, but it's actually cool. Normally we just cook in the top part, which heats up a lot faster because it's a smaller area. It does run a little hot so cook times need to be adjusted. I'm on iOS and the smart home app is bad. I haven't been able to use the wifi capabilities of the oven.

Coming from a 40" range, I was concerned the reduction in size would be an issue. Thankfully, it's not. I've had no issues with this electric range. The cooktop is spacious (though it can scratch easily). Cleaning it nightly is a must and using the cooktop cleaner almost every night is required. The dual oven feature is nifty though as you would imagine it's not a dedicated separate oven - it works well though.

First, I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the entire process of buying my Samsung kitchen appliances from Best Buy. After a painful experience with (a large hardware store) & many unproductive trips there during COVID-19, I did a search on line for this range & was surprised to realize that Best Buy sold kitchen appliances. I spoke with RC, an in home advisor & he patiently answered all of my questions and helped me purchase my appliances. I wanted this Flex Duo from the first time I saw it and it does not disappoint! I love having the option of using the smaller oven, which I have used for pizza, biscuits, cupcakes and cookies or the larger oven or both! My friends and neighbors all want one after seeing how versatile it is & it doesn't take up any more room than a traditional slide in/free standing range. I'm very happy with my purchase & Best Buy for making it possible to have my renovated completely finished with the appliances I wanted and more importantly when I wanted!

So far so good! Have only had few weeks. I am loving that the oven can be split-I use the top little one most- But also can be one whole oven with only 1 main door to open. The other split ones I’ve seen are permanently split and the main oven is practically on the floor and too low. I didn’t want that all the time. This can be a normal oven with easily removing the rack tray. This oven gives a choice! Also Front burners both have 2 size choices and settings for each size with same 1 knob per burner. Turn it to left for inner ring or turn to right for whole burner ring. Good design. My only issue is that with free standing oven mine sits at end of counter so side is exposed. It does have cute design but shiny and all metal. Doesn’t look heavy duty on side either. Might dent or scratch easily and will need cleaning more. Last oven I owned had the thick textured (no fingerprints) side like my fridge does. Wish they had done that for the free standing model. I might have even paid little extra to have the textured side. Warmer nice feature too! BTW, I get all my appliances at Best Buy Peoria. Great service.

I love the Flex Duo oven! So many times I don't need a large oven and this works great. I am learning to use the convection oven and so far it has been an easy learning curve.
