Great options with the double oven and convection choice, plenty of room to bake multiple items at various temperatures. Stove top has different sized and power burners with a handy quick boil. Only con is how easily glass top spots and doesn't just wipe clean. Must use a cleaner after every use! Only have had it 2 months but so far so good.

I love the stove. I have to really get used to the fact that the upper oven cooks faster.

I have been very impressed with this unit. It preheats quickly and cooks food nicely using the convection feature. The wifi feature is the most interesting feature to me. I can turn on the oven, using an app on my phone. I also get notified on my Samsung smart television when the the cooking is complete. The ability to have two ovens or one big oven is very nice. Samsung did a nice job of designing this unit.

I saw this on Best Buy a couple of months ago and every time since when I made six loaves of Banana Bread I wished I had this oven to bake them all at once! Now I do! We've been using it & we LOVE it! I look forward to Christmas baking & being able to cut my baking time in half! It's made solid & it's very easy to use. We made the right choice! As usual, Best Buy installers were great! Fast, efficient & personable. They did a great job!

This has been an excellent range for our needs. We did a lot of research and looked at many ranges prior to choosing this one, the features for the price ($1k + $100 GC) were the best we could find. My wife wanted to have at least one over sized heating area, this has two. She also wanted to have a warming are, this has one without loosing one of the 4 cooking areas. The final thing my wife wanted to try these dual/split ovens, this has a split oven that can also be combined to make one very large oven area. So not only did this have everything we needed, but it also looks pretty nice, has weighted steel knobs, flex/split door for the split oven option (so cool and useful), smart home connection, and finally it matches the other Samsung appliances that came with our home. I am scared of reliability issues, and forgot to add the extended warranty, but a little over one year and we have had no issues so far. One thing to add, the smart "capabilities" are very limited. You can see what is on, and pre-heat the oven. But you cannot turn off the ranges remotely, the main reason why I feel anyone would want a smart range/oven... And also, if the power goes out you have to go back into your device and re-sync the time. Very annoying since we live in DFW with some of the worst power in the US.

I love the double door that isn't seperated and it opens with a click of the button to seperate. It preheats and boils water a lot faster than my previous range.

We have been very pleased after a few weeks of our new dual range. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is due to markings on the stovetop. As is common, we had a little boiling water spill, and can not seem to get the burn marks off. Our old range was relatively easy to adjust, but no luck so far. Everything else works great.

The dual oven is great. First night we had it, we ordered two take n bake pizzas. One was stuffed and required a different cooking temperature and cooking time. With the dual oven, we were able to cook both pizzas at once. It will be very handy during the holidays. The bottom storage drawer is a bit small. My sauce pans are too tall to fit, where as you could even stack them in my former range

Having the 2 sizes of ovens is a real plus.....I find myself using the smaller one more often than not. It makes me realize how much energy I was wasting using a standard oven all these years. This stove has convection in both areas. The directions even say that it can be used to dehydrate , although I have yet to try that feature. LOVE the black SS finish....no fingerprints.

This range was purchased to replace the one that came with my home when I purchased it. It has all of the features that I could possibly want in a range, like the multisized burners on the top that allow me to use the right sized heating element for the pot I am using and the split oven that let's me cook multiple dishes at the same time with different settings. And this coupled with the quality that I have come to expect of Samsung. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Search it up on the internet, interior of the ovens enamel will start cracking and flaking off. It will not be covered under warranty because it is "cosmetic". samsungs customer service sucks and so does there appliances. Do yourself a favor and pick another brand.

Best Buy is replacing my new over already. The smart control button wouldn't work. Baking anything using the convection is a challenge because the blower literally makes cupcakes and muffins come out uneven. The roasting feature is really good. Overall it is a good oven but since everything I had in my kitchen is Samsung I felt like I had no choice and went with the oven.

I love those stove. The double oven is great and cooks two things at one time with out mixing odors or taste. I love that you can use as two ovens to cook two different things or remove the divider and cook a large thing like a turkey. I'm so glad I purchased this and I am loving it. Great stove great price great place to purchase at Best Buy. Thank you thank you thank you Best Buy and Samsung.

Nice range, decent price, and the Flex Duo doors are awesome. Our only complaint was that the stove had a pretty large dent in the back when it arrived (obviously not Samsung's fault, and to be fair, it does not affect the operation of the stove at all). The top oven seems to heat up twice as fast as our old stove - which makes sense because it's half the size. The convection feature works great in the top and bottom parts. My wife also loves the WiFi feature so she can see be notified when the oven reaches a given temperature or when something is done. Like all flat top cook surfaces, you need to be very careful and gentle when placing pans on the surface, and you will need to maintain the surface very regularly with a good quality cook top cleaner / conditioner. We actually clean and condition after every use - but that's just us. Overall, it seems to be a good stove so far.

I purchased this range 6 months ago and it has been a good addition to our kitchen. The double convection oven is handy, use half for the entree at one temperature while heating or holding side dishes at a lower temp. Glass top is hard to keep shiny but the right cleaner and constant attention gets the job done. Watch the spills!!!

We have had this range for about a month now. It is very nice to have options for cooking. Heats up fast, and cook time is less. Great addition to the kitchen

My Samsung Flex Duo oven arrived on time, the installers were courteous and efficient. The oven itself heats up surprisingly fast, including the small upper, larger lower and dual huge oven. I have found the same aspect with the burners - they heat up quickly and do the job well. I love this appliance!
