We had a samsung range prior to this one and it lasted over 10 years and still was working, we just needed a double oven and this was a unique design and has done the job, going strong after 2 months of heavy cooking.

We love the range. We love the versatile double oven feature. You don't find that in any other ranges. It makes the unit much more flexible.

We have had this oven for several months now. I have an entire Smart Things smart home so I got this over specifically for the Smart Things compatibility. It is not like you pair this device and you can control it from your app. You have to remember to hit the Smart Control button while you are standing at the oven to either turn it on/off or make any adjustments. Otherwise you can just see that you left your oven on by checking the app. You certainly can't do anything about it without walking over to the oven. Whoever thought of that should never design another appliance! I had visions of an oven like all my other smart appliances I could control from the app or even by talking to my echo. How nice would it be to be able to say Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. I can at least understand not having the ability for safety concerns to turn it on but at least allow us to turn it off without physically being there! Also very annoying is the fact that you can't program any kind of warning or notification after say 2 hours to let you know you left your Oven/Stove-top on. This oven is not "Smart". Above that the cook surface constantly gets dirty and it takes a significant amount of scrubbing to get things off. It's definitely not just normal glass top. Not to pile on too much but it also cooks very strangely. It is really hard to cook things just right as no recommended cook time is correct in this oven. It either under cooks or more often overcooks. I would definitely not chose this oven again if I were to get a do over.

The seperate oven feature is great. Top oven heats up super fast and the convection system works great. Range top is smooth and very nice looking as well as great features such as fast boil and warming center.

This range has a couple of neat features that go beyond the traditional range. For one, it has the ability to be partitioned into two ovens that can be held at different temperatures, and both have a convection fan. Another great setting is that you can pre-heat it via WiFi, so that on nights when we are getting home later, we can have the oven already heated by the time we get home, and just pop in the food to be cooked. Finally, both the stovetop and oven have a "keep warm" feature. I did take one star off because the oven's keep warm feature requires there be no partition, and the cooktop was too easily chipped.

With two different oven spaces the oven heats up miraculously fast. We mostly just use the smaller top oven and it can reach 350 in just a few minutes. The cook is even and quick thanks to the convection cooking. I couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I like the duo alot. Top small oven so easy for small foods. Range top cleans easily. Only thing I don't like is when using the back burners the metal knobs and face plate get very hot and wet from the steam.

Totally love it. It is beautiful, but beyond that, I love the two oven option, and the option of convection or regular oven on the lower oven. It's all I had hoped for and more.

Got this oven for a family member who's always wanted a double oven. From the looks of all the delicious food that's being made I would assume it's been working perfect fine for her.

The rear burners take a long time to heat. When using just the top section of the oven it burns quickly.

I just upgraded my old Samsung range with this one, I recently purchased the fridge and this compliments it nicely. I love the "double" oven feature, and can't get over how fast it heats up. I Have to get used to cooking differently since I'm no longer waiting for the oven to heat up, it literally heats up in 10 minutes or less, depending on the temperature. It's nice to have the convenience of using the small oven in lieu of heating up the entire oven. I'm so glad I made this purchase, I read a lot of reviews, saw it in person at the store and now that I have it at home I'm so pleased and just tickled pink that its mine! I would recommend this oven, it's awesome!

We bought this oven because it was a double oven as well as convection oven. We love it. We made chicken in it last week and they came out great the skin was nice a crispy and the chicken was very tender.

Looks great, double over is an awesome feature! We love finally having a convection oven again and the split option is great for the smaller meals we cook as a couple.

I love the double oven! There’s no waste of energy if you’re only baking a small baking goods at the same time if there’s big stuff like turkey, you have an option to use the whole oven.

have had it over a year. wife and I use the convection part almost exclusively unless we have large gatherings like thanksgiving or Christmas. just a little difficulty figuring out controls.

Love the double oven feature, smaller oven preheated very quickly, stove top difficult to keep clean even using recommended cleaner

I highly recommend this product. It is very versatile and easy to use. I especially love the SmartThings feature allowing me to control my range from virtually anywhere.

Cooks well. I like the oversized burners. Would be a five, but the oven controls can be a little difficult to figure out.
