We have had this oven for several months now. I have an entire Smart Things smart home so I got this over specifically for the Smart Things compatibility. It is not like you pair this device and you can control it from your app. You have to remember to hit the Smart Control button while you are standing at the oven to either turn it on/off or make any adjustments. Otherwise you can just see that you left your oven on by checking the app. You certainly can't do anything about it without walking over to the oven. Whoever thought of that should never design another appliance! I had visions of an oven like all my other smart appliances I could control from the app or even by talking to my echo. How nice would it be to be able to say Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. I can at least understand not having the ability for safety concerns to turn it on but at least allow us to turn it off without physically being there! Also very annoying is the fact that you can't program any kind of warning or notification after say 2 hours to let you know you left your Oven/Stove-top on. This oven is not "Smart". Above that the cook surface constantly gets dirty and it takes a significant amount of scrubbing to get things off. It's definitely not just normal glass top. Not to pile on too much but it also cooks very strangely. It is really hard to cook things just right as no recommended cook time is correct in this oven. It either under cooks or more often overcooks. I would definitely not chose this oven again if I were to get a do over.

The oven gets hotter then any of my other ovens. And the burners boil quickly, it’s difficult to simmer on stove. I keep it in 1 or low and it still boils.

I love this stove. I live alone and was having to heat up the entire oven to cook one small thing. The top oven reaches the temperature very quickly.

The first one they delivered had a scratch, customer service was great they sent a new one within a week. Second delivery was flawless.

The learning curve on cooking times for both levels takes time. You need to learn what cooks better and faster jn each level. Once you are comfortable it cooks well. Hardest part is keeping the black top clean.

Junk!! I've always wanted a double oven, I'm sorry I chose Samsung!! The oven door would never shut properly. We called Samsung nearly a dozen times, and scheduled several service calls, only to never have someone show. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES!!!

the top mini oven heats up incredibly fast makes baking a breeze, you can monitor temps via wifi. Looks great plenty of space between burners. temps appear to be accurate, plays a cute little tune when it reaches temp

I seen this when we were looking for a refrigerator and fell in love with it. There is only 2 of us in the house and use the small oven often, works great! I have to get use to using a convection oven. Electric stove heats up faster than our old one.

Works fine, looks good. Only thing that concerns me is the cancel button for the lower oven needs to be pressed numerous times before it will turn off.

Burners bring water to a boil amazing fast. The smaller top is great for warming up smaller items quickly as well. Works well with the Smart Things app on my phone.

As we replace our appliances, we have moved to Samsung and Best Buy has the best prices with good service. Their sales team always does a good job of matching our needs to the best value.

The latest and greatest Samsung oven. I wish it still had the warming drawer feature. It was eliminated. Instead it does have more features for cooking. Overall, I am in love!!

The range works very well!! Love how tells you the oven temp as it is preheating!!! Takes the time out of preheating!!! Also has double-convection! And a warming drawer!!!

This Samsung range is beautiful, it has 2 oven compartments and inside the oven it has a blue Teflon material and color, the combination of colors make it an elegant piece in your kitchen

Love my new samsung double oven and range. Came home from adorning break to a broken oven and best buy was able to get me a new one within a couple of days even during covid.

Very hard to clean stovetop. Least little thing touches or spills on it, it takes an hour to clean. Like the way the top oven preheats.

I really wanted to love this oven, but I cant. And it all has to do with the touch controls for the oven. They suck. you have to hit the same button numerous times to get the thing to work. The glass scratches and chips very easily. Very disappointed with Samsung on this one.

Pros: -Stainless looks mazing -Flex duo stove is amazing. 2 temps at once! Cons: -The glass cook top is impossible to keep cleen -We routinly have to reset the breaker as the controls stop responding - The Wifi built in is a joke. YOU CANNOT PREHEAT FROM YOUR PHONE!! It's a "safety feature" I can remotely turn off the stove but what good is that.

Has Oven that I can split with press on handle, total 5 burners, one for warming. Beautiful design , interior wider than my older 30" range. No accessories like grill tray as in older models.

So it had its fair share of scratches and dents but we saved $700 and it’s a great stove! Well worth $350 we paid! And yes prob even worthy of full price!!
