Great stove. Easy to set up and use. Works great. No issues.

Great Range! Love the features!! Used for the first time on Thanksgiving everything came out Great!! Not hard to use.

This Range is easy to use. I especially like using the oven because I can choose if I need a small oven for toast or a huge oven for a full turkey dinner.

Lots of potential but the design got Samsung-ed. The good: Top oven heats very quickly. Two cooking chambers makes baking batches efficient. The bad: There is a max difference in temp between the top and bottom ovens which limits their usage. You can't bake a casserole in the bottom and broil a steak in the top. You can't use the Keep Warm function unless you remove the huge metal dividing plate between the top and bottom oven. The Smart Control isn't very smart at all. There is no need to control the oven remotely. Remote timer notifications would be great, however. But this doesn't work. The full door on ours sticks. It took two deliveries to get one with a working display and it is still defective. The cooktop is tough to keep clean. We had a glass Whirlpool cooktop for almost 20 years and that was easier. If you turn the oven light on using the control panel button, the oven will turn it back off if you open and close the door. The racks hardly extend when you pull them out. The bottom drawer is flimsy. Samsung doesn't think you are smart enough to use convection without burning everything so they turn down the temp 25 degrees. Cook times are, therefore, no faster until you realize what is happening. There is a space between the cooktop and the control panel where you can see the wall behind the stove. Did you paint your wall back there? Did I mention that the door latch sticks?

The stove is easy to use and looks great! Look the three door option with two different temperatures.

I've had this stove for a little over 2 weeks now. I have used it almost everyday so far. It is a nice looking stove. The first day I tried it I cooked baked Mac and Cheese and baked BBQ chicken using the duo flex. My food came out perfect. Since then I've only used the top part of the oven. I have not been able to connect my stove to Alexa, nor am I able to start the oven from my phone. I have to start the oven on my phone then press start on the stove, which defeats the purpose. Other than that I love this stove and I cant wait to use it more.

So far, this oven preheats in a tiny fraction of the time it took our old one to. It gets hot fast and bakes even. The range works great and has more functions than we've even learned to use yet. The only problem at all is keeping the black surface clean. It tends to get streaks easily.

I love the double oven. It is very easy to use and cooks food great!

Here's a draft review based on your experience: "Extremely disappointed with Samsung's customer service and product quality. Bought multiple appliances in 2021, and they're already malfunctioning. First, the fridge acted up last year, and now the stove is having issues. Called Samsung's help center, expecting assistance, but they outsourced the repair to a third-party team. This team is demanding $350 just for a diagnostic visit! Unacceptable service and product reliability from a brand that should know better. Beware of Samsung's lack of accountability and costly repair policies." Feel free to modify it as needed to express your frustration accurately.

Did a great deal of reading before deciding on this stove. Absolutely love having a double oven. It is so handy when you just want to bake a single pan of cookies or something. Have never used a convection oven before now and have fallen in love with it. Extremely happy with all of the features.

I bought this oven during Thanksgiving. I'm glad I did, because the food baked perfectly, and I was able to cook two different things at different temperatures at the same time. I am so happy with this oven.

I’m just so sad. The first one arrived and the stove was broken to the point of being a safety concern. They ordered the next one and it’s been working fine until the first time I tried the self-clean cycle on Saturday. I called Samsung but they were not able to help me, called Best Buy but they would not help me because I did not buy an extended warranty. Finally got someone to come out and take a look. This particular model is very defective. When you run the self clean cycle it will get too hot and short out the circuitboard and that’s exactly what happened. Google this and you will see how many people this has happened too. Just very sad! The second range is 13 months old now. I will say that the ovens preheat extremely quickly! It also cooks most things at a much faster rate. The black stainless color goes well with a variety of cabinet colors. The Touch controls for the oven can be difficult for the bottom oven and we often have to press or hold them several times to get them to work.

I love this range. However I have had to make big changes with baking and cooking iin the stove. Definitely cooks quicker than my 10 year old range.

I read a lot of bad reviews for this stove, but then, all the stoves I looked at at all the stores, had a lot of bad reviews, so it came down to features and this one has the features I wanted. I love that I can bake in only the upper portion or the lower portion, but if I need the entire oven space, I can remove the partition and have one large oven. It is a beautiful stove and easy to use. I will return to edit the review, if I have any issues with the stove in the future, but so far, so good.

I thought the duo part of this oven was gimmicky, but it's actually cool. Normally we just cook in the top part, which heats up a lot faster because it's a smaller area. It does run a little hot so cook times need to be adjusted. I'm on iOS and the smart home app is bad. I haven't been able to use the wifi capabilities of the oven.

I saw this on Best Buy a couple of months ago and every time since when I made six loaves of Banana Bread I wished I had this oven to bake them all at once! Now I do! We've been using it & we LOVE it! I look forward to Christmas baking & being able to cut my baking time in half! It's made solid & it's very easy to use. We made the right choice! As usual, Best Buy installers were great! Fast, efficient & personable. They did a great job!

Coming from a 40" range, I was concerned the reduction in size would be an issue. Thankfully, it's not. I've had no issues with this electric range. The cooktop is spacious (though it can scratch easily). Cleaning it nightly is a must and using the cooktop cleaner almost every night is required. The dual oven feature is nifty though as you would imagine it's not a dedicated separate oven - it works well though.

First, I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the entire process of buying my Samsung kitchen appliances from Best Buy. After a painful experience with (a large hardware store) & many unproductive trips there during COVID-19, I did a search on line for this range & was surprised to realize that Best Buy sold kitchen appliances. I spoke with RC, an in home advisor & he patiently answered all of my questions and helped me purchase my appliances. I wanted this Flex Duo from the first time I saw it and it does not disappoint! I love having the option of using the smaller oven, which I have used for pizza, biscuits, cupcakes and cookies or the larger oven or both! My friends and neighbors all want one after seeing how versatile it is & it doesn't take up any more room than a traditional slide in/free standing range. I'm very happy with my purchase & Best Buy for making it possible to have my renovated completely finished with the appliances I wanted and more importantly when I wanted!

Nice range, decent price, and the Flex Duo doors are awesome. Our only complaint was that the stove had a pretty large dent in the back when it arrived (obviously not Samsung's fault, and to be fair, it does not affect the operation of the stove at all). The top oven seems to heat up twice as fast as our old stove - which makes sense because it's half the size. The convection feature works great in the top and bottom parts. My wife also loves the WiFi feature so she can see be notified when the oven reaches a given temperature or when something is done. Like all flat top cook surfaces, you need to be very careful and gentle when placing pans on the surface, and you will need to maintain the surface very regularly with a good quality cook top cleaner / conditioner. We actually clean and condition after every use - but that's just us. Overall, it seems to be a good stove so far.

I love the Flex Duo oven! So many times I don't need a large oven and this works great. I am learning to use the convection oven and so far it has been an easy learning curve.
