I see you are having issues with cooking in your oven compartment. Always remember when using the oven with the Flex Duo divider, you will have to use both upper and lower compartments. If you are using the oven as a singular oven then you will need to remove the divider and use it as a singular oven. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

Don't waste your money! Door will break!

Now, after a few months of the latch struggling, the door won't fully close/latch, which means it won't cook unless we hold it closed. Local tech said poor design; Samsung came and said new door needed. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER. This oven is used only in a normal family setting, and there is no reason the door should have broken this way. Both techs said they've seen this problem before. Samsung is of no help; warranty expired after less than a year, I'm told. Purchased 9/2018; expired 7/31/19, says Samsung. They clearly do not stand behind their products, and I will share this knowledge and keep it in mind from now on, for sure!

Broke right after warranty.

It makes it so the oven won't open without really throwing your weight into the door to pull it around the lock. Of course, it's right outside of warranty - so the fix will be all mine to bear.

My husband wanted to check the product but the guys were saying “we already checked it, it’s fine” they proceeded to try to load it. My husband insisted on inspecting it himself to find the bottom of the stove was bent inward and noticeably damaged. Back into the store again to place another order only to be delayed another 4 days, absolutely unacceptable, waste of our time and gas.

Worse purchase ever

He fixes Samsung the most and has a terrible time with service and parts. My stove is only 2 years old. It won't open without a struggle. The latch sticks after it heats up. The touch pad won't work. It is missing sections of the numbers and you can't always turn off the timer. It does not work, period! I am just so angry I bought this garbage. Don't do it!
