    When using the split top oven it does not get the crust on foods crispy. Biscuits and pizza are examples of fails. Not impressed.

    The top oven is a dream! Easy to access and clean. I use it most of the time. It cooks fast and there are lots of options. I love the bread proofing feature! The fast boil is perfect.

    Cooks unevenly and touch panel don't work

    Stove cooks unevenly (left to right) and burns food easily. Touch panel doesn't work frequently even after replaced warranty repair company. Was told that the parts required to repair touch panel are no longer made by Samsung even though this is a brand new model.

    Touch buttons are horrible

    The buttons are off center and barely work, the temp/cooking time is not accurate and nothing ever cooks as it should.

    Stove is ok. Sometimes the door gets stuck. Next time i would spend more and get the actual double oven.

    Seemed nice at first glance and use. Seemed to heat evenly and cook food well. Then noticed a blister in the control panel. Came to fix but it’s still there, doubt they did anything. It’s only been a month since buying new. Poor quality and customer service. Have had good luck with Samsung in the past but this is just a low quality product.

    I’ve owned this for a year. The burners cannot get a pot of water to boil within 15 min. Both ovens heat unevenly and unpredictably. I need a thermometer in both. The glass top is impossible to clean, always streaks no matter how hard you try. The broil barely gets hot enough. I’ve never had a worse stove and oven.

    Its only been a week and my stove top looks beat up. It appears to have scratches and stains that do not come off. I have been cleaning the stove with very mild cleaning spray all natural. I'm so disappointed.

    If you are considering this range in black stainless, be aware that the numbers around the stovetop dials are almost impossible to see (as they are printed in silver). If I could exchange this unit, I would do so immediately.

    We had 2 of these stoves delivered to our house. 1st was dented in the back, 2nd stove the oven door would not open. Quality control is lacking. I made the decision that I seen enough and just credit me and I went elsewhere to get a stove.

    We liked this oven a lot until the last week. Almost exactly 18 months in, we've now had it burning things and throwing a C-21 error code. Sounds like the replacement main board is required and not covered by warranty. $400+ in repairs after 18 months is not acceptable for a

    In 6 months color on stove going off. Warranty won’t cover. Customer care never care about customer. I bought all 4 everything is bad basically Samsung looted my money . Bestbuy encourages you to buy Samsung because they get more money. Quality of Samsung is bad .

    Bought this range on November 21st and on December 23rd it would not heat up past 175 degrees nor would the range top work. Not the best thing to happen the day before Christmas.

    Samsung has created a winner with their 5.9cu. ft Electric Range with Flex Duo. The multiple size cooking rings on the ceramic top surface make it easy to cook a large meal and the additional warming area is great for keeping a dish hot until dinner time. The dual door design allows you to cook two separate dishes are completely different temperatures. Before this range, I needed to stagger my cook times and temperatures to accommodate. With this range, I can plan to slow cook a roast or other large item in the bottom section and use the convection feature to bake crisp cookies in the top. Both top and bottom have their own timer and temperature control. Because this range is wifi enabled, I can control and monitor cook times or turn on the over with the use of Samsung’s Smart Things application. My kids love using just the top convection portion of the oven to reheat leftovers or bake cookies. Because the top section is smaller, its quick to heat up and is more energy efficient. One thing to keep in mind is how quickly and evenly the convection works in this appliance. It will take a little time to adjust your cooking times to accommodate. If larger items are being cooked, the divider is easily removed. The one handle design with a latch to open just the top is a well-made. This appliance is well made and a pleasure to use. I can’t wait for the holiday season to really put this appliance to the test.
