Customers regard the convection oven and ease of use as top features, with many praising its performance and user-friendliness. The burner size and overall appearance also receive positive feedback, while some appreciate the range's numerous features and sleek design. However, a notable concern involves the glass top, with some experiencing issues and finding it prone to showing smudges. A clicking noise from the oven is another recurring negative comment.

I really like all the features this stove has. Would be 5 stars but it makes a clicking noise when running.

I have always believed that natural gas was the best for cooking....great control on burners. When i acquired my mother's home, there was a Kenmore electric with a glass cooking surface... it was better then gas but not great... when it died i bought this Samsung Electric convection range! WOW! So many features and the temperatures are spot on! Range surface heats consistently and oven is wonderful for baking! When comparing this Samsung to similar ranges, Samsung rates #1!

Pros: Two sizable burners, nice large oven, looks great.
Cons: Clicking while oven is in use, controls take some getting used to, could use one more oven rack.
Overall the range works well. The two multi-sized elements allow for flexibility when cooking, and the rapid boil feature does buy you a couple of minutes. Though I rarely use it, the warming element is a nice addition. The oven cooks evenly and seems to reach and hold the correct temperature. I haven't measured with a thermometer, but food cooks in the times expected.
As noted in other reviews, the oven relay clicking is louder than expected. It doesn't bother me, but I can see how it could annoy some people. The milti-element burner controls use the same rotation as a single element burner, which means the triple-burner control is cramped (and you have to look closely to ensure you're using the size). The oven comes with two racks, but could definitely fit a third, which would give more flexibility for cooking larger meals.

I really love this new range. I still haven’t figured out how to do everything on it but I am enjoying it immensely. I love the stove top sizing rings that you heat according to your size pot. The warming element is nice too. I like that the preheat on the oven dings to let you know when the temperature is reached. These are just little things but very helpful. I look forward to learning more about the convection part of the oven.

while this is the best oven i could find anywhere best buys delivery guys were terrible, avoid getting it delivered if at all possible.
it's huge, the knobs look amazing, the oven has all the settings you'd expect today it can only be beat with one of those fancy double ovens but you can't fit anything huge in those so this is the one to get.

After having the Samsung range for a month I really like it.
We used it during the Thanksgiving holiday and it worked very well. I was concerned that the top would be a problem to keep clean and worried that I would scratch it but it cleans up nicely and looks great in our kitchen. I like the big dials. The timer control and oven controls are very easy to use.

When I went into the showroom I was first told this didn't have a bridge (which I wanted) then when I told the salesperson that on Best Buys website it says that it DOES have a bridge she pull up the page and said,
"I guess it does, huh!". So I ordered it. It DOES NOT have a bridge, so in case BestBuy does not amend that info, just know that if you want a bridge, look elsewhere. I called Samsung and they confirmed this info.
BUT it matched the other appliances and in the end, how often would I use that bridge?! This is my first time with a ceramic top stove. There are obvious learning curves with this that I'm working out. I do love the fact that the "one level surface" is super easy for clean up, I don't like the fact that I have to wait for the entire surface to cool before I can do that. It also requires a special polish to keep up the condition. Sometimes I feel like the burners aren't as fast as traditional stove tops, but in all fairness, if I could own a gas range I'd do it in a heart beat because I love the control you get with gas and have been saddles with the electric stove concept since our house is not hooked up for gas.
I love the convection oven and have baked in it already. HUGE oven space, self cleaning is nice and the convection keeps the baking even.
My biggest challenge is that the bigger oven offers a smaller storage space below where I usually store my pot and pan lids. I have to put half in that and half in a box on a shelf. Not ideal but I'm working on a solution. Overall a nice stove for the price.

We've only had it for about a week, but LOVE the color and functionality of this product and set. In darker light it looks more black, but in lighter room it looks more gray or charcoal. Great shine and color. Works great so far. Lots of cool functions with the burners. Haven't really used the double oven yet, but did start it up and it heats fast and think we will really like it. Burners on top heat up IMMEDIATELY. Almost as fast as gas.

I decided to switch from a gas stove to electric recently because of the cleaning factor. I thought it would be easier to quickly clean a smooth top, but that's not the case. It shows every spot and even water will crust on it right away. The inside of the oven scratched up the first time I cleaned it too. Also, there's a clicking noise while oven is on. Other than those things, it works like any other range.

My stove was very old and I chose this one to replace it when we replaced all the kitchen appliances. I am still getting used to all the perks of the stove, but I am impressed with the quality of the stove. It is easy to get used to the controls. I just wish that they included a convection cookbook for all the novices out there in the world like me.

Issues: Clock/timer display is small and the lighting is really bright. Too bright. The panel to turn the stove/timer/temperature setting is hard to set. You really have to push the panel choice rather hard to get it to register. Love the three burner option and the warmer option. The stove does have a cool and sleek design.

The convection cooking bakes everything so evenly. Uses much less electricity than the range we replaced. The warming burner in the back is a nice feature. Water boils so much faster on this ranges front burners and it's convenient to have the choices of pan sizes to use on the front burners also. We still haven't used all of its features but we're very impressed with everything about it so far. Looks great in the kitchen also.

I bought this because I wanted convection. The breadproofing feature is fantastic, I like the middle plate warmer, and the dehydrator. I never would have bought something specifically for these features and now I can't imagine living without them.

We read the reviews and took seriously the complaints about this model, after much deliberation we decided on this range and so far it has not disappointed. Not to say everything is perfect.
Some reviews complain the dials for the cook-top can become hot when boiling or simmering near them, never been an issue for us, I can only assume somebody put their hand through steam to turn the heat down and thought the design faulty.
What we do find fault with is the cooktop is easily marred, or at least more readily than our 15 year old range this replaces. We noticed a slight mark after delivery but decided not to make a big deal about it, as the year when on it would get a mark here or there, we also noticed it was harder to keep clean than the old range with had the same kind of cooktop.
My sister has the same brand range only maybe a few years older, it has lights by each dial to let you know which burner is hot, this model has only one light to let you know the cooktop is hot in general. We miss being able to know which burner is hot at a glance.
The oven is great, we love having a convection oven although it take some getting used to. Cooking times are generally shortened. Over all the oven clean and efficient.
After a just over a year of living with it we wouldn't recommend this model to a friend, just because of the cooktop issues we've had. However this flaw may be corrected in newer models and over all we are not disappointed with the Samsung brand or this model range. If we were to pick a new Range today we might holdout for one with a slightly better cook top.

Really great stove except I can't seem to bake correctly in it. I think this is due to it having an internal heating element on the bottom. Convection seems to help though. And its tough cooking on the top glass surface because your pots and pans slide around really easily. Other than that it works great and I'm sure once i figure out how to adapt, it'll be a long lasting, quality oven.
