It bakes and roasts fine. It does get dirty very easily. Some areas are easier to clean than others. The inside takes more effort than the stovetop. Also when the oven is on and you need to bake something else at a different or same temperature, it will drop down to preheating all over again. It makes it very inconvenient when baking a lot of food.
