Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a couple of weeks of having the range I noticed that the front left eye a portion of the coils do not work; so I’ve set up an appointment to have a representative come and look at it however I’m hoping I can just get a store credit because it’s a brand new stove and if the coils aren’t working properly I don’t need them to be repaired because the stove is brand new it’s too early for a brand new product to have any type of repairs as well as I do not want to exchange it for the same product so I’m hoping that once the repair man looks at it I can just get a store credit and I will purchase another Samsung range from Best Buy. I would still recommend the range to others however I would tell them to make sure the coils are working properly once it’s delivered.
