    Within a year the feon elements started messing up. Instead of having different temps when you turn on the burner the only temp it has is all the way up.

    fingerprints Heats up quickly to a level that appears to be out of sync abd is difficult to keep clean.

    Dead oven light within a month

    I'm disappointed that within less than a month of purchasing, the light in the oven is already not working. Hope there isn't an electrical issue. Have not had a chance to try to replace the bulb yet. Having something stop working this soon makes me very nervous. We went with the more expensive option for the convection fan. Right now the stove top and oven are working great, but I'm now holding my breath that nothing else stops working.

    Top scratches easily

    Mostly the stove seems to be alright except for the top which is first off hard to clean and second easily scratches. Checked the pot that caused the first scratches and the bottom felt smooth, same for the other pots. We are going to request a replacement from Best Buy but are afraid that the next one will have the same issue. For the life of us we cannot understand why a manufacturer would paint glass on a stove top.

    Broken again!!!

    Worked great for 6 months, then the problems started. While using the oven it would lose power and shut the clock/timer off and then the display went black. Glass top eyes still got hot but you wouldn’t know if the surface was hot or not because the “ hot surface “ indicator light along with all the other lights turn off randomly. Geek squad made the necessary repairs and within a month it’s broken again. They stated the motherboards are made cheaply when they made the first repair. I’m without a stove and oven for the second time within a year and forced to call customer service and take time off work to be available at their convenience. This is an expensive piece of junk!!! Stay away from Samsung appliances!!!

    Heating issues, less than 2 years old

    With less than 2 years we had to have it serviced as it wasn't heating up correctly. It was 60 degrees under from preheat, at the end of the warm up. When we called Samsung they tried to tell us there was a 30° +/- from the set temperature. I call that garbage design and faulty product. Only 1 year manufacturing warranty, so beware. If it hadn't been for this and the ridiculous answers from Samsung I would have rated this better. Now I have a hard time trusting we won't have further issues. We wasted $75 on their service call as well to be told this was normal and our thermometer was wrong. We found a local repair guy who was able to fix it.

    The glass top was impossible to keep clean even after the first week the overall quality is cheap it’s the reason this is the only one available when you’re looking for a stove.

    The stove is horrible and I wish I could return it. The glass cooktop stains horribly even if water splashes on it while in use. It’s impossible to get the marks off. The dials on a couple burners don’t actually have a low so food burns easily because you have no idea what temperature you are actually cooking on. The oven cooks food unevenly. It’s just not a good product.

    Random temperatures

    Felt skeptical with purchase as I read past reviews while I was waiting for delivery. Stove looks great. No trouble so far with cook top, however, reason I purchase new appliance was because my old one was inconsistent with heating of oven. This one is worse than the one I had them take away from my kitchen. It might slowly reach desired temp but way after the alert indicates that it is hot. Not even close, then once it does get up to temp, it will not maintain it. Set at 450 and the temp ranged from 425 down to 325 without me opening the door. Hoping this will be resolved with the extended service agreement I purchased through Best Buy since my 15-day return window is dwindling.
