    First one after waiting for 2 weeks to get it the oven didn’t heat to the right temp and no matter how it was adjusted it never heated up the same temp twice! Went thru Thanksgiving with no oven. Second one( another 2 week wait) oven doesn't work right! When it says to temp it’s 59degrees lower and then continue to heat to 25degrees above! Customer service is awful and still don’t have one that works after a month and hours of being in hold on the phone.

    When compared to the old stove that was replaced, just a lot slower. The oven is slower to heat up. The range is slow. The timer beeps are barely audible.

    This is not the most durable stove. The number of the knobs are fading away even that I am not using aggressive cleaner. Ceramic top also get easly scratched.

    Great service, but seem the delivery guys were in such a hurry, They did not install the safety bracket.

    The title says it all. Best Buy was great getting a member of the Geek Squad out to replace a circuit board. Other than that it pretty nice.

    Worst appliance I have ever owned. And Best Buy doesn’t care. Doesn’t maintain temperature. I have had to pay someone to come fix it and they’ve been out 3 times. Replaced sensor, element, and control board. Still not fixed. Samsung KNOWS this is an issue with a couple models and doesn’t care. STAY AWAY

    Just a year after purchasing this range the black stainless is peeling significantly and I won’t buy a Samsung product again. I spent way too much on this range for it to peel so soon. The black stainless is just a garbage coating that peels even when you take care of it like a baby.

    Do not buy this junk! This is hands down the worst oven/stove ever. The heat on the burners are unpredictable. We've had geek squad out twice and mother board replaced...still doesn't work properly. Highly disappointed and I'm sick with something that didn't work.

    The product is very good. The DELIVERY EXPERIENCE WAS SUB PAR. I ORDERED THREE APPLIANCES. TWO CAME. THE THIRD ONE WAS FIRST LISTED AS ARRIVED. THEN LISTED AS INSTALLED THEN LISTED AS ON ITS WAY AND FINALLY LISTED AS RETURNED. NO ONE TO HELP. ALL EMPLOYEES STATED THEY WILL HELP. NOTHING OCCURRED. NO ONE TO HELP

    A year and two months later, the display is on the fritz. Sure, I didn't get the extended warrantee, mostly because I couldn't afford it, but TWO MONTHs after a year and the device is already breaking down is shoddy workmanship. Don't buy this piece of junk.

    The black glass top is impossible to keep clean, the interior light shuts off when closing it opened for a check. The bottom drawer is low quality construction, a struggle to open/close. Wanted to change to LG within my 14 days but was "unavailable". Had to buy a stove, ours went out on Thanksgiving.

    It is good except the oven control is bad. To switches temperature inside the oven you have to turn it off and turn it on again . There's no temperature control button up and down which not good

Once you have already selected the temperature for that cycle the only way to change would be clearing it and restarting a new bake cycle with your new desired temperature.     I would never recommend this product if you have to clean the inside of the oven the oven door gets stuck. I will not ever buy a Samsung appliance after this. I am strictly an LG fan never I have no problems out of any LG appliances

    Product was damaged when I received it. Had to return for a refund. I was not able to use the stove. I’m sure it is a great product, but something happened during the shipping process.
