Range top crack, seems like it is not that heat proof, what suppose to be.

I bought it open box satisfactory condition and it Keeps turning itself on and off while cooking.

I received a faulty Cooktop. It wouldn’t turn on on arrival.

I want to return it for a better one, is not a good

After my original stove started to falter, I decided to purchase a new one. The stove lasted 36 years. I have had this model for 4 1/2 years now. The front burners alternate between getting too hot and not heating at all. The overheating has caused the ruination of at least two pans and a grease fire. Today, the top three buttons on the control panel to adjust oven temperature ceased to work. This means that the lowest temperature to set for the oven is 350 degrees, which is the default oven temperature. The next lowest setting would be 444 degrees. I guess that they don't make them like they used to.

This range is garbage, and I wish I would have seen the 1 year warranry as the red flag that it was. It doesnt stay at the pregeated temp, which makes baking/roasting impossible. Also, the convection fan doesn’t work.

It's an alright stove mainly got it because of the value and style it provided. However, that begins to wane when you realize how cheap this appliance was built. The stainless steel is very easy to rust. I know Samsung owns a metal foundry and have the expertise. So, why not at least passivate the stainless pieces before putting it on the machine or coat it with a high temp resistant clearcoat. The oven's top broiler element has begun to sag and now it droops a bit lower than the oven's thermostat. It could have been avoided if additional supports were added to the bends on the element. The lettering has also started lifting off. Why not laser etch the metal instead of applying a decal. The stove's knob mechanism is a bit cheap feeling, they have a decent amount of play when turned off and not entirely smooth. The oven door's mechanism however feels very solid. Now would I say this stove would last a decade or more, I kind of doubt it. Samsung makes very well-styled appliances, which I do give them credit for but when it comes to build quality, it's very questionable.

Be Aware!!! I bought this Samsung stove excitedly to enhance my kitchen that I renovated. Out with an old glasstop Kenmore, in with Samsung. Got it delivered and put aside. I had paid for install but was not yet ready. Imagine my shock to find scratches, linear, only after heating it up yesterday for first time. BestBuy refuses to do anything about it as I exceeded the 15, yes only 15 days of exchange/ repair/ return. I will have to look at the new but damaged top every day.

I love this stove. Have to be careful with stovetop. Scratches easily. Otherwise this is great

Is this stove pretty? Yes. Does this stove have all the awesome features? Yes. Does this stove work properly? No. Steam clean does nothing. The oven works as it should, so far. I’ve had the range since end of December 2020. The back left and middle burner work as they should. The back right doesn’t work on low. The front 2 burners overheat. I have to cook things on low and even then they still burn because it gets way too hot. These issues started in January, not even a month into purchasing. I do not recommend.

Within 3 years of having this product, we had to replace the front heating element. I also do not like having the two large burners up front as it leaves unbalanced space on the stovetop. We also purchased a Samsung fridge and dishwasher and I am equally disappointed with these items. Vegetable bin front holder broke off and though our fridge is under warranty, we had to purchase replacement part. I've had issues w/all 3 items in their short life. Do not recommend Samsung kitchen appliances.

I wanted to LOVE my new stove. We suffered with an ancient stove that took forever to preheat and just as long to boil water. I loved the "fast boil" and fast preheat this range boasted, however, I have been left VERY disappointed. It takes 20+ mins to preheat to 425 but even worse, the front right burner, "fast boil" takes 40+ mins to boil 1/3 pot of water. This isn't just one instance, this is every single time. I don't know if I received a defective product or what, but I don't know on what planet fast boil takes more than 5 minutes or so. Furthermore, the glass top is next to impossible to take care of, as any liquid or movement of skillet leaves marks. I have bought the specific cleaner for it and have spent 15 minutes EACH time I cook to "clean up after myself"/scrub the cooktop. On the positive, the range is very nice looking and I haven't had any issues with the mechanics of it, just wish I wouldn't have spent $800 to basically have a prettier version of the junk stove I had.

A regrettable purchase. Oven doesn’t maintain accurate temperature. (Read the reviews). About 30% of the time the cooktop element won’t remain on long enough to boil water. Service is a misnomer. The technician is third party and after a visit told me I would need to resolve the issue with Samsung directly. Highly frustrated.

I would give it 0. Purchased in January, it stopped working after two uses. Best Buy wouldn’t replace or repair it in February. Samsung is HORRIBLE, and still hasn’t repaired or replaced it! It’s June! I need an oven! Never again.
