Great stove. All the features are great and work as expected. Only downside is that the glass top scratched. We had our old stove for 15 years without a problem and this one scratched the first we had it.

This is our 2nd smooth top stove. I am still trying to get used to it. It heats up quickly, takes a little while to cool off. So far, so good! My wife likes the stainless matches with dishwasher and refrigerator.

I love my convection range, the color and the glass top make a good color combination. I have to be at work early in the morning an the oven warms up really. Glad I purchased my stove.

This is a terrific, simple and straightforward model. Roomy oven. Quick response burners. Very happy so far. It may not be 40" and avocado green but it is easy to clean and efficient.

Really like the stove, it was an open-box deal and had just a few minor cosmetic flaws, nothing major. It has so many great features, like a self-cleaning steam clean oven, keep warm option for the oven as well as a warmer burner on the stove top. Only issue is that one of the rear leveling legs is missing and I was not made aware of that. Currently having a very hard time finding that part as well, so I am not sure if there is an issue getting parts for this particular model or what, I sure hope not! Everyone at Best Buy in Pensacola was super nice, but I do wish the missing leg would have been in the description as I ordered online and had no idea. Great looking stove, regardless.

We have had a gas stove for years and just changed to this electric range, Controls are easy to use and just looks better than all of the new industrial looking gas ranges. Excellent so far.

Value is great and very easy to use however the top surface is already scratch with putting on the pots. I would not recommend this item.

We love how this works and all the features that comes with this product. After using the same stove for 20 years it was a relief to finally get a great range.

Attractive range, easy to operate. Since this is a glass cooktop I try to be a little more careful how I place cookware to avoid scratching. Pleased with this purchase.

So far I'm quite please with it. The cook top heats up very quickly and the oven works a treat. I haven't had to do any major cleaning since I've started cooking but I cannot see it being a problem going forward.

Needed to buy a new electric range quickly as my less-than-10 year-old Frigidaire died. The Best Buy employee I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about all the electric ranges in my price point. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me make an informed decision. Delivery of the unit was very quick and efficient. Delivery people were friendly and respectful. The range itself is wonderful. The cooktop is easy to clean. The burner units heat up relatively quickly. The oven temperature seems spot on. Very happy with my purchase!

Works great, cleans well - so nice to have a full 3000W heating element on the two large front burners - the "smaller" one is dual element in either 6" or 9" size, and the large one is dual-element for either 9" or 12" cooking surface... such a great upgrade from our previous stove which just had 6" burners... and wow, the convection oven cooks things faster and very nice. I haven't tried the dehydrator function yet, but I'm planning to make some beef jerky with it sometime. Haven't tried the steam or self-cleaning modes for the oven yet, but the surface cleans well with the Weiman's Complete Cooktop Cleaning Kit.

I'm exploring all the new features on my new range. Bought it as a complete appliance package to upgrade my kitchen and didn't realize all the features it had. Fun surprise.

Stove works great, getting it delivered and installed was a friggen nightmare. It didn't get delivered with the original orders. Then we had to figure out why and where its at!! Then it was back ordered and the other delivered items invoice wasn't closed out properly. Then we were told it was at the store for over a week but just in limbo because the other delivery wasn't closed correctly. Then it got delivered but without the power cord and it sat for another week until someone could install it. Then it was install properly but after they left I noticed an large scratch on my hardwood floor just outside the garage door. what a mess this purchase was.

Not a great stove. Glass top easily scratches oven is great.

I purchased this oven for my previous home and have bought it for my current home. I love the convection oven and smooth surface burners. It is an excellent oven. I love it:)

searched many makes and models and this Samsung has proven to have been a excellent choice. Easy to use, does a GREAT job. Very pleased with it. Nice features, and looks good also.

Although the fast boil burners do not heat as fast as my old range, they perform ok. Glass top is difficult to keep clean. every thing sticks to ir!

This stove is a great purchase. Looks great and works perfectly. Haven't tried the steam clean feature, but the Convection oven is awesome. Very happy with this purchase.

Due to covid bought this range online w/o actually seeing the product. This purchase was to replace a decade old electric range. Totally satisfied with the delivery and installation. Range worked after installed. Range features are as described. The range top design is as advertised and uses space efficiently. Range burners are functional and provides alternate sizes. Takes some care to acclimate to using. Note: pot bottoms should fit burner diameter and pot bottoms need to be flat. Only negative is that the range top requires some care to maintain as the surface can be discolored by residue grease
