Very nice but change the racks

The control panel is nicely laid out and I have no trouble keeping it clean. The only problem is that the rack supports slope to the front and when used with the standard racks, Pies and cakes do not come out level. I had the installers try several times but it was the design of the support. Best Buy was very helpful and changed them out to an alternate Samsung rack that compensates for the slope. I like that the display shows the temp of the oven as it heats up.

Oven temp is very accurate and preheats quickly. The front dual burners are a bit under powered compared to the rear if only the smaller burner is used (even though they say 'fast boil'). Not a deal breaker but expected the opposite. The storage drawer while deeper than most is very cheaply made and does not have extending drawer slides. Again, not a deal breaker but you can't just give it a light push to close it.
