Open preheats quickly, Fast boil on both sides works very well, Be sure to take care of the cooktop on a daily basis to keep it in good shape. Has far as Best Buy's delivery in set up goes that was OK but the fact that best buy charges to have A replaced appliance moved to another area in your home is absurd.

I bought it online and less than 10 minutes later got the email that it was ready for pickup! Sales people were super nice and helpful! Love the oven and it looks perfect with my other appliances!

Be aware it is a pain to keep the stove top clean as EVERYTHING (even splatters) show up on the stove. Cleaning daily (even scrubbing with stove top cleaner) so it stays clean and doesn't continue to burn on.

Working well after a year and a half. Cleaning is an issue regarding overheating circuits so we avoid self clean. Spray cleaning works just fine. Racks are rather expensive so keep them clean.

The only downfall of the product is the glass cooktop is very hard to clean leading us to resort to using a razor blade to scrape burnt up food and liquid from the surface after every use. Other than that, the range overall is amazing and extremely good at cooking multiple dishes.
