This matches our other Samsung appliances, and it's a big upgrade from our old oven. Love the ceramic top, and the convection fan bakes and cooks much faster.

It is a great stove and beautiful, however the same first day of use one of the burners got "burnt" It doesnt want to come off im not sure what to do nor who to contact.

This was a temporary oven we had but I had found it have many new optional settings I had not been I introduced to do but were very easy to learn. I enjoyed using this oven.

A lot of bells and whistles but everything operates perfectly so far. I found timer to be a little confusing to operate but that is no biggie.

Just got the product recently. Took it out of the Box hooked right up turned on and follow the instructions that the oven must be turned on at 4:00 for at least one hour before using. So far so good. The only companies I didn't notice that I purchased a non fingerprint resistant product. However I read somewhere Or was advised by someone that if you apply a thin coat of vinegar that will help to prevent the fingerprint staining more on that later on. For now so far so good.

This stove is hot. I burn all kinds of grub. Every weekend my inner Ramsay says hello and this is his best friend.
