Pre-heat not accurate/slow

When the timer goes off to indicate the oven is done preheating... our oven thermometer shows other. Its always about 100 degrees off and takes about 30 mins to get up to 450. Other than that works great.

Still adjusting to range differences

I'm finding I need to adjust the oven temperature/baking time, also. The oven needs to be set at a higher temperature than my other oven and it takes longer to bake things.

It scratches very easy and practically impossible to remove boil over mess, or any baked on spills.
