This has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen.

The jury is still out on this one. We have only used it twice as it is in our vacation home. It seems to take a long time to heat. Plan to use it a lot over the summer.

This was our first Samsung appliance purchase. We were going to purchase the Whirlpool Electric range but the BestBuy appliance representative told us that Samsung was the better product. We have had nothing but issues with the Samsung range. When using the oven, food seemed to take longer and cookies did not turn out without longer time. We got an oven thermometer and set the temperature to 350. The range said it had reached 350 but the oven thermometer read only 250!! Called BestBuy to have it replaced and the second unit had similar issues with oven temperature. If we left the oven on after it indicated it reached 350 for 15 minutes more, the oven thermometer read 325. We tried to get to the calibration for the range but could not get to it. Called Samsung and they would not help saying it was still under store warranty. Do not and would not buy another Samsung product.

It is pretty if you don't use it. Must be cleaned very frequently with glass top polish. When the stove or oven is used the room gets hot.

Purchased 2-13-17 stopped working 3-9-17 and Best Buy doesn't want to fix it saying after 15 days they are no longer responsible even though the manufacturer said they are for the first 30 days. SO now I'm going back and forth between Best Buy and the manufacturer or just have to dispute with my credit card company.

Best Buy is good company. I happy when I need to buy something about electric stuff. I never miss Best Buy

The controls are hard to use. You cannot enter the full baking temperature . It defaults to 350 then you have to push the up or down button for any different temperature. It moves by 5°. You have to push the button very very hard to get it to move . The same is with the timer controls. I have to push so hard that the whole Control Panel moves.

Great no frills stove. Controls have a "loose" feel to them. Ceramic top easily scratches.

Its a decent mid level range with all basic functions.

It looks nice, like all these glass tops they require a lot more cleaning.

I am currently on my 3rd Samsung Range within 30 days. Yes 3rd. And it all stadiums from the oven not heating properly. The first one took two hours to heat to 350° even though the preheat option said it was finished and at 350° so swapped it for another second one had it a total of two days and noticed the same thing but luckily it only took an hour to heat to 350 so swapped for another one and guess what this one takes almost an hour and 45 minutes to heat up to the proper temperature. Needless to say we have decided to go with a different brand and it will be delivered on Tuesday. Best Buy was great throughout the entire process though.

The oven has no element in the bottom so much easier to keep clean.
