Who sold the steam cleaning gimmick to Samsung? Newsflash! IT DOESN'T WORK!!! I tried 3 times to "steam clean" a burnt on spill in the oven...ended up scrubbing the spill out! I would seriously like to replace this range.

Works fine now... it's brand new. We'll see in another year or so.

Wish I would have upgraded the appliance package with a better microwave - just seems cheap, flimsy and have to press the buttons multiple times to work. Not a big fan.

Had this oven for an hour turned on the oven and it short circuited. Burnt my outlet. Had to get the outlet replaced and order a different oven since this was no longer available for deliver.

Bought this oven in July and it worked fine for a couple months, now it won't hold the temperature setting can't cook anything in the oven...major disappointment...

The oven and stovetop work great, but the finish is awful! Scratches and chips so easily. Wish I had purchased a different one.

Leave stains on cooking surface. Works well for a week then comes the issue.

It is a good stove. It heats up fast and looks nice. The glass top is pretty but also very hard to clean. It takes a good 20 to 30 minutes of hard scrubbing and wiping to get the surface really clean and shiny. (And I never cooked with more than 2 burners). I have had it for about 2 months and my right arm is already so toned from the nightly scrub...

Stove works great. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly.

I saw this range on line and the look was perfect bought the microwave also. Great deal on package - I had heard the glass top might be a problem and it did, visible marks, cooks marks, But one of your other reviewers suggested [ Baking soda, dish soap & Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant ] Works like a charm.

I'm returning this stove after two weeks of baking and having to move my food from one rack to another in order to get the top and bottom cooked. I can't get things like pizza crust crisp. If I move the rack down to crisp the bottom, the top doesn't cook (cheese doesn't melt unless I move to an upper rack).. It takes much longer to cook foods than normal. Not a good product!

I like this stove a lot the reason for the 4 star is bc it was hard to get stuff off the top after cooking on it.

Very nice range. Better than I expected. The inside is blue ceramic which does not show this feature in the picture.

Consumer alert - I bought this model stove and within a few weeks, under 90 days, part of the surface burned off and became permanently scarred. I was initially cautious to buy a Samsung stove bc they are known for electronics, so I figured that would be OK but how would the MATERIAL be? I was correct. The surface material is defective. There is no way the cooking surface should become marred or burnt off in a few weeks - not even years. I called Samsung and requested repair. They refused. I am filing a complaint with the FTC suggesting a RECALL for shoddy defective material. I would avoid Samsung stove for this reason, probably the other ones have same shoddy defective material and Samsung won't stand behind it.

Working well for a month. So far no problems. Let's see how long it works.

One of the best product, easy to maintain. And having the five burners very convenient

First, Best Buy was great in resolving this issue. Swift and smooth. As for the stove, I tested the element by boiling some water. First and only time. Glass stove top discolored under the surface. If used for a week the top surface would look years old. Product returned. Returned refrigerator delivered at same time as stove because refrigerator side would not cool lower than 50 at the coldest setting. VERY disappointed by Samsung quality. Supposed to have great reputation.

We have had this product for less than 6 months. it is already giving us problems. The oven does heat to the thermometer setting. I called Samsung. They told me to calibrate it using a boxed cake, and sent me some feeble directions. Not only does it not reach the accurate temperature, it heats much, much hotter in the back of the oven than in the front. This is not what I would have expected from a new range. In addition, we have already had to replace the oven light bulb twice. There are only 2 of us here that I do cooking for; the oven doesn't get much use, so this also should not be happening - and no, I did not leave it on for an extended period of time. The burners also run very hot. The low is very high and the burners burn food and pans alike. Samsung had no recourse for this. Plus, the cooktop is impossible to keep clean - no matter what is used. If in 6 sos I have had so many problems, do you think this range will last one year. NO! I am so sorry I bought this, you have no idea. It's not worth a cent!
