Easy to use easy to clean love the steam clean oven.

The range was supposed to fit in a 30" opening. The opening in our counter measured exactly 30" yet the range would not fit. I had to grind off I/8th inch to slide it into place.

So far, still doing good...my mom is happy with it...I do like Samsung but have had problems and made sure to get insurance for her this time heating coil from previous Fridgidaire Range went out...my mom lives far and this way Best Buy can take care of it

This range has been a disaster. In less than a year, the glass top cracked rendering 2 of the eyes unusable. Also, the buttons on the oven are hard to press - more of an annoyance than a problem. The remaining range eyes heat up quickly and the oven cooks food evenly and efficiently, but no better than just about every other oven. Stay far away from this oven.

It matches the rest of our kitchen appliances and works as expected. While its much cleaner than our old range with exposed burner coils, it still can be difficult to clean when things boil over and burn onto the glass cooktop.

So far, so good. I don't like how as soon as I started using it the top got speckled and kind of clear glass-like where the heat is. I guess this happens with these type of stoves. Other than that, I like it and it works well.

I've wanted a smooth top range for a few years now, and felt as if the ones I saw in other stores were just not the right ones for me. I just happened to be in Best Buy at the right time on the right day, when I saw and bought my range. It is really a nice appliance

This stove is very beautiful but I never imagined the constant care an electric stove top requires on our first day our old pot scratched it and we had to go out and buy all brand new pots and pans that did not have any ridges in order to preserve the glass on the stove top, other then needing special care it works great the warmer burner is a plus, having the knobs on top is a huge plus in order to keep the kids safe.

Previously had a gas stove but didn't feel like going that route in my new home. So first time with a flat cook top. Appreciated advice from salesperson on products to keep it looking good. A chef friend was so impressed she purchased one for herself. Huge inside.

I love this range! It's easy to clean and looks really sharp. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. The oven is HUGE. I have not used the fifth burner yet, but the 10"/12" large burner is handy for the different sizes of my skillets. It's a perfect replacement.

This is a great stove with great features. The only concern that you really have to put a lot of pressure to push the buttons. Otherwise it is a good stove!

We got a great deal on the stove but I feel that the back part is very cheaply made when we go to set the temperature of the oven or the timer it feels like it is going to move the back of the stove.

Oven is slow to warm up, but heats/bakes evenly throughout the inside. Burners get hot fast. Love the warming zone on stovetop. Didn't realize the stainless steel conducts so much outside heat. Oven handle gets very hot when using the oven.

beautiful look of steel and black fast heatup and cooking on cooktop. wish smaller pan site was up front not at the back. oven has preheat and can program baking temperature and bake time.
