Takes twice as long to warm up oven as our Whirlpool. Surface is very hard to clean. Delivery/Installation was so-so. It went into a tight spot and plug receptacle kept stove out about an inch too far. Result was a cabinet drawer could not open all the way. When they left my son and I took stove out, moved the receptacle and put stove back.

Convection feature is new to me; I like the option.

We looked at a lot of different ovens prior to this one and I must say, I'm very glad that we made this purchase. I love the way that it evenly cooks food in the oven. The stovetop is made of great quality material and the stainless finish is top notch!

Heats quickly, like the fast boil feature, large interior

Not the fanciest but good value for a midrange price. The oven features are as advertised. Got a crispy pizza crust. The cooktop scuffs easily. Just shift a pan or pot and marks appear. It's here for use not for show, I have learned that it's not worth it trying to maintain a brand new look. Clean and sanitary is all that is needed.

Stove is brand new, but cooktop works well, and oven made delicious cupcakes in convection bake in no time at all. Bottom drawer does not seem very substantial, so I don't think that I'll store anything in it. But cooktop cleans easily; and I look forward to using the steam clean function when I need it.

This stove makes my kitchen look better from the second I put it in. It's got a warming thing I'm still trying to use because I only make eggs but the time will come. If you're getting this to replace an older model, enjoy. There's more expensive stoves but this one will forever be my baby.

Stove was delivered promptly and crew was polite and helpful. Stove works well but does seem to take a longer time to heat oven to temp. I'm disappointed the price match is only good for 15 days. On day 17 the price dropped $50 at all local stores including BB. Also not happy the reward $ expire in 60 days.

After you've done comparison shopping on appliances, make BestBuy you last visit where you'll won't be disappointed. We are quite happy with our new Samsung refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Our sales rep was informative and engaging. The delivery were handled professionally.

This range has worked very well for me so far. The burners on the top are great and work quickly. The oven has worked fine so far. Using the timers has been a bit confusing, but with more use it should become easier. Overall, I am quite happy with this range. It had a great price too!

This is a nice looking stove, however the push button are hard to operate.

This is a very good range, especially for the price. The only thing I've found I don't like is that the largest sized burner is too large for any of my pots or pans. It ends up being wasted space. Also the lowest setting tends to be a little too high for keeping something warm without scorching.

Our first "glass top" and have not had to clean spilled oatmeal from under the burners! Wonderful convection oven; absolutely perfect pie, biscuits, and cornmeal. All that said, we used to use the timer feature to time things on the cook top too, now only seems to work when the oven does.

My old oven went out and we were in a pinch. I did some research and found a lot of good reviews on this. They were right! I've had it for almost two months now and absolutely love it! Stove top works great as well as oven. Would recommend this to everyone!

This works good especially the oven. The only thing is the top burner switches will burn out immediately if you leave them on without a pan on them. But the manual warns you not to do that. So really it was my fault.

Had been looking at this oven for a while and got a great deal on it. Have had it a few months now and it works great. Cook times are consistent, the glass top heats up fast and cooks efficiently. Excellent oven.
