I've had this oven for about three weeks. The stovetop burners work well and heat up quickly. I like how they stay warm for awhile after you turn them off...keeps the food warm. At first, I cooked pizza and stuffed mushrooms in the oven on regular bake, but they didn't cook thoroughly. I'm now using the convection oven setting whenever I bake and it cooks food much more evenly and quickly. I really love this oven...I gave it four stars because the ceramic cooktop is a real pain to keep clean. I bought a special ceramic cleaner for it and that works well, but you've got to put some effort into it. Overall, it's a big improvement from my 37 year-old oven that I replaced.

Well made, good looks, and the right combination of features for the price point. Sure, you can spend a lot more. But this does the job in style.

Love this new range. Purchased an older home that had a propane gas range. I got rid of the propane and purchased this electric range and absolutely love it. Just be careful not to drop anything on the range top as it will break!

    Very Poor Control Panel Paint

I have the previous model, NE595R0ABSR/AA ..which appears to be the same as this model. Performance of cook top and oven are fine for a my occasional usage. Oven heats up fine....althou as others have reported it can be a bit slow. And yes the black glass stove top does need special and frequent cleaning to look nice. It seems to burn and discolor, but a razor blade used carefully can remove most burn marks. Ceramic cooktop polish works well. The BAD news is the paint or decals above the control knobs is peeling off. These Decals indicate which burner the knob controls and indicates heat level. And Yes after only 6 months they start to fall off...and YES samsung calls it a "finish" issue...meaning your "finished" and its not covered. So I too won't buy another Samsung. The Part is $50...they could and should fix this.

Loving my new oven. It has a lot of features my old one didn't so it's taking a little time to learn everything, but so glad I went with the convection oven this time.

Has all the features I wished. Very nice price for a range with the convection feature. I have used both oven and range top. No issues with the product. The interactive display is pretty easy to figure out and the features are numerous. So far, I really like this appliance!

I was kind of on the fence about going electric since they run more expensive than gas. But the design is very nice and what sold me is how fast the burners get hot. Almost instantly compared to older electric ranges that would take a while to heat up

Overall we are satisfied however the top of the oven or the countertop is nearly impossible to keep clean and also after our first use there appears to be a stain on the black that will not come off

We haven't had the oven very long, but all is well so far. I had read through the reviews before we purchased it and haven't had any problems that some people complained about. It takes a little longer to heat up then our old stove, but this stove doesn't have dead spots so when I cook something like a ham, it actually gets done.. We haven't used the burners much but everything seems to be working fine. The burners are pretty cool looking when they heat up. I gave it a 4 only because I haven't used all the do-dads but i expect no problems.

I love this range. It has a great oven; it can be regular or convection. Love the big glass door that lets me see the baking progress. The smooth cooktop is easy to clean and I like the configuration of the burners. This brand is not one I ever imagined buying, but Consumer Reports gave it a good rating. I bought an open box model, and the price was excellent. I am glad I purchased this Samsung range.

Nice stove and oven. The only thing I don't care for are the burners seem to be very high heat, when on low, whatever you are cooking still cooks too high when you want to just simmer. Will take some getting use to.

This is the first flat top stove that I've owned. Haven't had it for very long, but it seems to work just fine. Has a warming plate in the middle as well. Can't ask for much more for the price compared to other ranges.

Previously had a glass-top stove w/ digital controls. All the bells and whistles. Not missing any of that EXCEPT the oven light only comes on when the oven door is opened. Controls are easily laid-out, and easy to read.

GOOD CHOICE IF LOOKING FOR A CONVECTION OVEN

I purchased this stove to match my new Samsung French door fridge. The convection oven option and warming element are nice features. The knobs are on top--which is good if you have little ones. The push button features (temp, timer, cooking modes) require a firm push to set/turn on. If you have a large electrical outlet, you may have a problem getting the stove pushed up to the wall since there is no opening on the back.

    Some concerns

The black color and dials are really sharp looking. It's a bit downhill from there... 4 issues; 1) It takes FOREVER to warm up. 20 minutes to get to 425? There's something wrong here. 2) When it hits the target temperature, the alarm sounds VERY, VERY LOUDLY, and for WAY TOO LONG. This is quite annoying. 3) It isn't "green" in terms of power use. I didn't realize this until I got the manual on installation. 4) it seems to stress the electrical in the kitchen sometimes. It turns on and off, resetting the clock (I hope it's not turning the oven itself on and off!). We'll be calling to get this checked. I wonder what support is going to be like.

Really liking the quality of Samsung home appliances. Have their washer dryer units for many years without issue, so when it came time for a range/stove, Samsung was at the top of our list. This unit has a great price for the extra features such as -quick boil- and a -warming plate-. I REALLY like the ability of the 2 front burners to be used for smaller 9 inch pans/pots, and at the flip of the switch the same burner can be used to heat a 12 inch pot/pan.
