I just purchased this TV and very much impressed with the Picture Quality. Amazing clarity. Volume/Speaker Quality is awesome. The TV has real Fast Processor which makes my life easier. It has 2 HDMI ports which is enough but Samsung should give more than 2 ports. There are many TV in market which comes with 3-5 HDMI ports. At times we realize that its really good to have more HDMI ports. Like few other TVs, Samsung should also introduce in-built ROKU for better user experience. I had to spend $50 extra for ROKU device. Well, Overall its a Fantastic experience so far. Hope the same will continue in future as well.

This is a great TV. The picture quality is excellent and it is truly a 'Smart TV'. I watch Netflix, Yupp TV, HBO, You Tube, etc. and have never faced any issues so far. The only issue I have, and it is quite irritating, is the 'Remote Control'! I believe, the people who made the keys for the remote did not apply their mind before allocating places to the different keys on the remote. It's a nightmare using the 'Smart TV Hub' option on this TV with this remote. One needs to be extra careful not to press the 'exit' button (which is just next to the 'down' and 'right' keys. I must have pressed the 'exit' button at least 20 times so far in the past 1 month and it's frustrating when you are watching Netflix or CNN or any other 'live streaming' as it takes an eternity for getting back to the program you were initially watching once you've exited from it!

Although not a big fan of the sound quality of the newer LED tv's, I went for picture quality and added an LG Soundbar to help out with the sound quality; all in all a great decision. I used to hook my last tv up to my stereo when watching movies, etc.., but with the soundbar with subwoofer that is a thing of the past. The system looks and sounds amazing, and I'm completely happy with the purchase.

Great TV for ou screened in porch. 5yr extended warranty for 60 dollars that covers rain and humidity damage....awesome!!

Love the crisp picture and the multilevel adjustments for the picture. It is so clear, in fact, that my cats have tried to "play" with the images on the screen. I've owned RCA, LG, and Sony and never had this happen before! Smart TV functions are super-simple to use and my wireless keyboard interfaces easily. Sound is fantastic, too!

I'm not an electronics geek so this review is not full of technical info. The picture is great for the price! The apps & app selection are just ok. The apps do take a bit to load and the tv needs to be on for a few minutes before you can even go into the apps. The thing that I find most annoying is that the tv randomly turns itself off and sometimes it takes 4/5 trys to get it turned on! And yes I did turn off the automatic shut off features. I did put in a call to Samsung & they said to directly plug the tv into the wall, not into a surge protector. Not sure if that will solve the problem but we'll see! If I can get the tv from randomly turning off I would recommend it.

Looks so HD & w great quality! I put it up in my room & I hung it up. I'm planning on buying a sound system for it so it can look/sound just like the movie theatre!

Not bad for the price after all its a Samsung. Just consider how many HD devices you want to attach and what type of audio devices you will be attaching. Overall am pleased with the TV especially for the price. The TV only has only two HD ports.

I believe that buying this product was a good idea for anyone who is looking to watch YouTube videos on the t.v. well I will say this tv is a good choice!

I just love my 50" Samsung Smart TV - Best TV I've bought so far!

I purchased this model after returning a very disappointing 49" LG TV. Wow, what an incredible difference in picture quality. The colors are very good out of the box and the sound is very acceptable for this size of TV. This TV gets great reviews on rtings.com for having very low motion blur, which is great for watching sports or playing video games. Also the blacks and whites are very good. I thought TV technologies were just standard, and overall coming down in price. Apparently TV manufacturers including Samsung, purposefully make lower quality picture screens and audio to get a lower price point. I could of bought a Samsung similar size screen for $150 less but the reviews have horrible motion blur and not very good blacks and whites. So you get what you pay for. Be warned. Also, the Smart OS is slow and clunky. I did not use the WiFi feature as I used the ethernet port for best speed for our 50mbps connection. I hooked up Netflix and the few shows we had tried, the stream would buffer every 20 seconds. I then gave up and exited out of the Smart OS, and the TV froze. No thanks, I will not be using this feature, and I will stick to using my Chromecast. One last thing, I was very curious to see the back of the TV as Samsungs website and BB.com did not have any pictures of the back. Also, the store had this up high so I was not able to see. This may help other's know where the inputs are. Note all inputs come out the recessed back, and no ports are on the side.

It was a surprise Christmas gift from my adult children and grandchildren! I love it and am glued to my recliner watching show after show!!

I think this is a great television and would recommend it to anyone.

There is a class action lawsuit against Samsung for this particular television, what they don’t tell you is that the lower left-hand corner of it will overheat and start to melt and the picture will start to flicker and have lines running across it. It’s useless at this point. I wasted my money on this television. I don’t really even watch that much TV but I have been for the past couple of months and literally after using this TV maybe three hours a week since I bought it it is now useless. I bought it at the end of 2015. It burned my finger when I touched the corner of it. Buyer beware! Samsung televisions have issues. I will not buy another Samsung product ever again.
