I followed reviews for this Tv on several other sites. BB had the best price on this set even better than Amazon. For the price this is a very nice TV. I purchased this for my mother in law who doesn't want much in a TV other than a clear picture and this met that plus gave her a few extra features as well.

I bought a Samsung LED Tv a little over a year ago and the backlight went out. Samsung would do nothing to help me except say "Sorry, you're gonna have to buy another Tv." Do not buy a TV from Samsung, The picture may look nice in the store but a $1000 should last more than a year. Bad Support! Bad Products! Stay Away!

Bought back in July '16. No issues so far. This is my first flat screen. Tired of waiting on my tube tv to die. It was on sale at a great price so I ran out of excuses not to buy. Read reviews here and external review sites. It did well. Great picture!

This TV exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is outstanding. The size is just right for our needs. Samsung is one of the higher rated TVs so was very pleased at the price, which included a great sale at the time of purchase at Best Buy.

What I liked: - Good color and sound. - 120hz refresh rate allow good motion scenes, and related options - The design - Bestbuy is way more professional than other places What I didn't like: - Only 2 HDMI port - Smart features a little slow - No light to indicate if TV is off

I recently picked this up a week ago while it was on sale for Presidents day and the BB rep convinced me it was the best choice for a 50" under $500. I went in looking specifically at LG's and Samsungs. I'm coming from a 720 42" Panasonic plasma so I thought it was a decent upgrade. After a few days of tweaking calibrations for most of the Apple tv streaming(HBOgo, Showtime, Netflix), I was frustrated. Nothing wowed me. Yes, I have an apple tv, but if I was to rely on the smart hub on this unit, it's painfully slow and sluggish(like all the reviews say). Also, the constant backlight hue, and fuzzy haze on this unit bothered me. I just picked up an Hisense 50" 4k hdr for $40 more and it blows this Samsung out of the water in speed and visuals.

I purchased this product less than 30 days ago and unfortunately the software is not compatible. Best Buy does not have a return policy after 15 days and you have to contact he manufacturer to report a problem. I purchased a 46' and 50', after returning another 50'. Now NEITHER of these TVs are software compatible. I contacted the Samsung manufacturer and was told that the software was too old. I contacted Best Buy and informed them of what Samsung told me. Best Buy said they would upgrade the software for $300. Uuuuhhh..these are brand new TVs..since when do customers have to pay additional dollars for brand newTVs to operate???!!!! I paid $2k for '2' new smart tvs at Best Buy and neither of them work.

Well because this TV had a center stand and I needed a tv with a center stand given what it was going to be placed upon and since I read reviews that it had a good picture I bought it. The picture is fair at best even though I set the values as given to me by a Best Buy sales person who stated he had been a Samsung rep. The picture is very disappointing particularly in comparison to my 55 smart tv by Vizio. The apps are much slower than the Vizio and for some reason when I switch channels it goes blank for several seconds after showing the picture instantly, which the Vizio does not do. Very disappointing and even when I try to change to picture a bit it is still not clear or crisp particularly with skin tones. Not worth the money.

I have nothing negative to say about this TV. Setup was super easy. It's been months since I purchased it and there's been zero hiccups. Would highly recommend.

For the price, i found this to be a great 1080dpi TV with excellent picture quality. The only weakness is viewing at a 60 degree angle, picture is not quite as sharp but still very good.

wow , is a really nice TV, picture is awesome, size is perfect for my living Room , not too big not to small, sound is better than expected.

This TV works great, sounds great and looks great. Additionally, since I have a Samsung Blu Ray player they both work on the same remote control.

Everything seemed really good while viewing but then I noticed that all 4 corners seemed relatively darker. I tried to ignore this because I enjoyed the general view but it became too much. Also I could find no control over the sound quality, which isn't terrible just average as it sits. Returned.

These are great TV's for a quick setup in the office. When you need to have a TV of decent quality and all the possible ports you need for a decent price, this one is great.

Samsung never disappoints, great picture quality. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy quick connect with my Samsung Galaxy phone also.

This is a great TV for the size and price. Very happy with the picture. My only complaint is that it only has two hdmi inputs. I would definitely recommend it.

I was looking for a decent sized smart TV that had USB capability to play various video formats. This TV did not disappoint.

50 inch TV is a good looking TV. Sounds good. A few things setting up the TV one make certain that when you put screws into base they lined up 100% or you will have problems. One thing the manufacturing company could put in the box would be nice to have a HDMI cable inside the box. You must purchase one to hook up the Tv.. Will see how the Tv works in 6 months. Update then.

Nice tv for tha price also nice graphics colorful nd great sound i had a 32 sharp upgraded to a 50 samsung happy.

Enjoying our new TV for college and pro football. Our weekends are filled with great sights and sounds.
