Samsung has known about this glitch and not until you purchase it, realize it doesn't work properly, bang your head against the wall getting through to a technician, do they reveal, "Do not take it back to the store! They will send a tech out 2 WEEKS LATER, TO FIX IT." Save your money!

This tv has a good picture and sound but fails as a smart tv. once you get over the fact that you have to wait to access smart functions the voice and video get out of sync in Netflix. Youtube fails to load fast enough and frequently has errors while trying to load. This is while hardwired to internet with at lease 58 mbps download speed.

I would really suggest this tv the screen is super Hd

Great deal for the size. I bought this tv for my master bedroom looks great.

TV definition was very bad, 1080p contected appear like a 480i contect. Black colors were very low and actually appeared gray-like. Aweful sound, no matter how I changed audio settings it still didn't sound clear. I was able to see each pixel more than a meter away. You are not able to see the detail you would expect at 1080p. Most of the images appear blurry and unable to see details. Also no color balance. Worst TV image and sound, while my other LG Plasma TV is 720p and looks like 1080p. Better picture and color quality and a way better sound. Sound in this TV is better. What I listen in the LG TV at 10 in volume, is what I listen in the Samsung at 30 in volume. I will NEVER buy another Samsung TV again.

Beautiful crisp and vivid picture. Easy to control settings.

Works great. Set resolution to 1920x1080 and details from a website can be seen across the room. The built-in web browser did not load web pages with javascript. It was pretty wimpy, and that is being polite. At least I could connect a wireless logitech keyboard/mouse to speed up my input.

Way better than the store made the open box item seem. The open box sticker showed it was missing screws and the manual but when we got it home ALL the screws were in the correct tv srand holes and the link popped up immediately. The tv is awesome thank you so much.

I used to live and die Samsung but this TV really let me down. I can't even confirm it really has 120hz. The one I got had a terrible white cloud in the center so when a dark picture came on it stood out ridiculously. Returned...
