    Not so smart

    Samsung's Smart Hub is not smart at all. From the start it has been incredibly slow and unresponsive. When trying to watch Netflix, Smart Hub often has to pause and buffer, or it looses the connection. And very often the audio gets out of sync with the picture. An internet search found that these are common issues with Samsung smart TVs. Didn't know if it was really a Samsung problem, a Netflix problem, or a Time Warner problem. Finally bought a Roku unit and hooked it up to the TV. No problems at all. Wish Samsung would be interested enough to fix this. Never had this problem with the Vizio tv I had.

    I rarely use this TV bc i leave it at another location. (most likely been used 100-200 hours total) After exactly 13 months this is what happens. obviously both best buy and samsung say that it "isn't their problem" I did not get the extended protection this time since it was not my main TV and i have never used my protection plans i bought for countless other items. I am glad i found out where Best Buy and samsung stand on their quality assurance and customer loyalty. After spending thousands, upon thousands over the years. See ya BEST BUY

    We bought this tv a few years ago. We have not used it much and keep it unplugged when not in use. My son was watching it one evening and said he noticed a black spot on the bottom left hand corner. I went to check it out on burnt my thumb on the plastic frame of the tv. It was melting. Luckily he didn’t fall asleep with it on, we may have had a house fire. After googling the issue, I had found numerous other people with the same issue.

    Today, I was watching tv as I normally do and suddenly the tv started to display weird colors and it rapidly changed to display all white screen and then no colors at all. It started to smell like something was burning so I'm just going to assume the TV just died, out of nowhere. It's been 14 months since I bought it, so the warranty doesn't cover this anymore. This is the second TV I buy from Samsung... and the last one.

    I just got thisTV yesterday to replace my old Samsung from 10 years ago. I hate to say it but I didn't see the TV before I bought it online. My only advice is don't do that, make sure you see it in person working. The picture seems subpar and grainy, the audio through my headphones is not good. I hope I need to just learn how to tune it but I kind of doubt it after trying to tune it so far.

    Got tv home hooked it up, smart hub didn't work, av jacks didn't work, called samsung they said tv needs repair. How can they sell a 2015 model in 2017 and not tell people.I looked at reviews OMG most had the same problem. Returning for a different brand!

    Shortage to the LED screen

    I dont expect a TV to last forever, but a shortage to the LED screen in just a little over 3 years. I'm so disappointed in the quality of this TV.

    In the middle of watching tv and it shuts off and won’t come back on. It just flickers a white back light. Samsung has lost my business!
