We not only bought one of these HD Smart TV's , but bought two of them! We absolutely love them! The price was good, the picture is perfect! The customer service was excellent! Worth every penny and watching the Super Bowl was a great experience!

Love this TV. I did my research. Best Buy had the best price. My order was damaged during shipping. I contacted BB immediately. They had a replacement here in 2 days. They sent UPS to my door to pick up the damaged TV. Customer service rep was awesome.

Great TV for bedroom or kids room. Screen size and resolution are excellent. Maybe a little small for theater or living room but perfect for a smaller room. Good smart features, internet connectivity is good. Samsung is the best quality TV out there.

Great picture great quality but not capable of Connecting to phones

This is my third Samsung TV within the last 5 years. They keep getting better every year. Got a great price in late January. No complaints at all and was easy to set up. Again, a great deal for the money (got it for $430 during their big sale).

This TV when configured properly looks great and was purchased at a great price.

My wife and I purchased the television after a shopping visit to another store (where we angrily walked out!) "Best Buy" was "across the street". Going "in", I was in a terrible mood. I told the clerk that I wanted a "name" brand, 50 inch TV and that I wanted it installed on a wall in our new home and that I didn't want any more of my time wasted! CHRIS, the "senior" representative listened. He looked at the "wall mounts" and said, "You'll need this." He went to the TV's and said, "This one has a great picture." He briefly explained the extended service warranty and scheduled the installation. We paid and left the store assured that the proper TV would be properly installed and there would be nothing further said. Arrival was "on time", installation was flawless. "Best Buy" gained a customer!

Unbelievable quality. Very impressed with Samsung tv's in the store. Watching regular tv shows are enhanced in 1080. The SmartTV function is also a great feature that allows Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora to stream to your tv. What more could you need?
