||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a dedicated Samsung recommender pretty much every tv I've ever bought I would recommend Samsung or lg both are good tvs and so is Sony but I'm pretty much stuck on Samsung. No problems thus far would recommend anyone in the market for regular 1080p to go with at least this 120hz or higher don't waste your money on 60 hz unless picture clarity is not a concern

First Smart TV and we love it!

Great clarity and depth with the HD. Love using the TV for all our online viewing. It is a great buy for the price, too. Very happy with our purchase.

Beautiful picture

The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to get it to automatically switch ports if I go from satellite to dvd. My previous samsung smart tv would auto switch ports.

I couldn't have chosen a better purchase! This has made such a significant difference to her viewing! It is easy to operate, and absolutely beautiful picture!!

TV is Great/Service, not so great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Samsung right before Thanksgiving and received a great discount. After setting up the TV, we noticed a white line at the top of the screen and a shadowing effect. However, the features of this tv were great as well as the picture quality. I phoned Customer Service to let them know of this problem, indicating that it was most likely a manufacturing problem. She made an an appointment for the Geek Squad to come to my home and said they would change out the TV for a new one, if it was faulty, since I purchased the 5 year plan. After the Geek Squad arrived, I learned this was not the case and they would change out the 'panel' which is refurbished and suggested that I return it to the store myself and get a new TV. This was a challenge due to the size, but I did so and am now very happy with my new TV, without the white line at the top of the screen. I wish their Customer Service was more informed and honest.

Love the tv

For all the bells and whistles it was very easy to set up. The pictures are very clear. Perhaps my perception is skewed due the the doctor that I haven't bought a TV on many years, but I'm impressed.
