Very happy with my Samsung 50" TV purchase. Great picture clarity. Paired it with a Samsung sound bar. Awesome!

Good TV for the price. Has a good picture and a lot of features that more expensive TV's have. All my TV's are Samsung and this one is as good as a more expensive one that I own.

I've had good luck so far with the new TV. The picture is pretty good, doesn't take long to boot up and is easy enough to change settings. The only negative I have to this point is when sometimes playing a video game, the black and gray kind of bleed together so it's a little harder to see. But I fully admit I haven't messed around enough with the color settings to maximize the full potential of TV, just used the different preset options. So for all I know, if I tinkered around with it a bit more, it may end up better than currently. Aside from that, it's been gorgeous to watch the Olympics on and definitely would recommend this product to a friend.

I got this TV on sale, and it was a great price. After about 6 months I turned it on 1 night to see, what looked like, a corner of the tv melting. After calling Samsung Customer Service and then having a local repair shop come by, they switched out my panel. It was a bulb that overheated and would not cause a fire or anything worse than the frame and corner of the screen to melt. The repair man said this was only his 3rd time seeing this in over 2 years. Customer Service was great, the repair guy reset my picture settings and it's way better than before. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and thankful I was still in my warranty period, so I didn't have to pay anything for the repair. Great sound, picture, features etc.

This is my first smart tv and so far it has been a good choice.

We looked at several different tvs and after comparing in person and via online reviews opted for this tv. The Best Buy staff was patient and answered questions, changed settings etc. as we compared the different brands and sizes.

If you take the time to read the manual and work at setting the parameters that best suit you and the environment you can get a very good, clear, well defined picture. Smart TV very easily connects to home WiFi.

I purchased this TV for my newly remodeled family room. It is the perfect size for the space. Easy set-up. Beautiful picture. Very happy with this purchase. I plan to purchase a smaller Samsung TV for the spare bedroom.

Good tv, Great picture but the sound could have been better

This was a Christmas gift to myself. Orginaly tried to buy the UN40J6200AFXZA on Black Friday weekend but was sold out. Went to the store to try to get it and the Best Buy CSrep said they had sold out but would be glad to upgrade to this for the same price (299.00) Jumped on it right there. Can't beat Best Buy customer satisfaction motto. The next day looked on Best Buy and this TV was on sale for 549.00 down from 599.00. I think I got the best deal ever. Excellent picture quality, sound is good, would like to have bought a sound bar but ran out of money. Next time, probably for my birthday (March), will buy a sound bar.

This smart television is an excellent value for the price.

Our new Samsung 50 class SMART TV was super easy to install. The picture quality is great and the price was right. We are VERY satisfied with the purchase of this television.

I purchased this for a TV in our Master Bedroom. It's only hooked up to a over-the-air HD antenna. The picture is great, sound is good. Very easy installation and set up.

One week after buy the screen wouldnt turn on; Called Samsung for their help and they were terrible. Called Best Buy and they allowed me to exchange it no problem. Picture is good and smart is a must for us.

This TV has crisp clear images from up close to 20 feet away or further. We like the colors and use it 100% for streaming video from internet services. Works like a champ.

This TV is wonderful for our family. We have an Amazon Fire TV internet hook-up,and the picture and sound quality on the TV are excellent. It was extremely easy to set up.
