I got to the store and was immediately meeted and greeted by downright rude customer service. Regardless I shopped for a tv, because I needed one. And crossed paths with this bad boy. Has everything that I wanted 4 hdmi outlets. Not only 4k but uhd. Really brought my ps4 and movies to life. Excellent buy. Just make sure that if you purchase an extended warranty, do so then. They didn't inform me that the only way to do so is from inside the store. I tried calling today to get it, and was rudely told no. Lol. I enjoyed Best Buy in the beginning, but now it's starting to become a place I least want to shop. Ugh.

The picture is amazing and the setup is so simple. Packaging was perfect. Could not ask for anything more. I replaced a 3 year old Sony LED TV and thought that picture was amazing. It wasn't even close to this 4K UHD LED

Very happy with my purchase. Have enjoyed using the Samsung's interactive capabilities. Superb picture and intuitive, easy to learn controls. Plus, it looks cool.

After extensive research on 4K TVs I decided on the Toshiba. Great picture great sound great exterior look. The reason for the four star rating instead of five stars is the 120 refresh rate as you can notice that with certain programs. Next time I would spend the extra money for the 240. Otherwise I love the television.

We already have a 5 year old Samsung TV with a horrible menu. I bought a new Samsung, smaller than this one and loved it so much, menu and all, that we returned it and bought the largest one our particular room and wall could hold - this TV. Set up is a breeze. We only have over the air antenna access and we're an hour outside of Orlando. Our old digital converter and analog television broke up quite a bit. This TV has a picture better than we had when we had cable with very little loss of signal from just one of the networks. If you have cable or satellite, you'll love this television even more. The built in guide is great. The built in wifi works perfectly. Amazon Video streams great. There's nothing about this TV I don't love.

The installation was easy. Sports mode and overall picture quality are excellent for a model in this price range. This screen size is perfect for the bedroom.

I was looking for a 50'' 4K TV for under $1000 and found this to be of good value. The TV offers great quality for its price. It has also the major functions that I was looking for and it was an easy set-up.

The picture is crystal clear and the smart features are great. Best tv I have ever owned.

Purchased this as a 2nd room tv. Picture is great and the tv connected right up to my directv whole home without the need for a genie mini box.

Love this tv. Picture is great and crystal clear. Very easy to set up and get on line. Love being able to search the Internet. Sound is ok for me but have to turn up louder when watching movies.

This Samsung TV replaced my Sony that suddenly died. The Samsung was extremely easy to set up. It was easier to put into place because it was lighter in weight than the previous HD TV. Also, the set up software was intuitive, almost everything done automatically. As for picture, maybe it's because I don't have HD feed from my cable provider just yet, but the image is not as sharp as the Sony had. Colors are deep and black is blacker, but the overall image seems to lack something. Nevertheless, this looks like a good buy.

Excellent picture. Easy to use and connect to everything like roku and a dvd player. Very happy with it.

I absolutely love this TV and am so happy that I decided on getting it. I got the 50 in Samsung UHD, smart, 4K TV and the picture clarity and color and depth are outstanding. It is just what I had wanted. I haven't started using all of the aps nor hooked up to my computer yet but will be doing that soon. I have never had a Smart TV before so I am looking forward to that. One or two reviews stated that the sound wasn't very good on theirs but mine is great and I have a hearing problem. No complaints on this purchase!!

This UHD Samsung TV is crystal clear with fantastic color. I'm really enjoying watching this TV and would highly recommend it.

Love this television. The picture is incredibly clear and the color is perfect. It is light weight and very thin. Great for watching sporting events, Netflix movies, etc.

This is our 3rd Samsung TV. This picture is amazing. Did not need the special HDMI cable yet because no one broadcasts in ultra 4 yet. The clarity, color is just amazing

The smartest thing I did was to buy this beautiful Samsung television! The second smartest was to have it professionally installed. The first time that I turned on the television, when the screen came up my mouth fell open. The picture quality was nothing short of spectacular! With the matching sound bar it goes to a whole new level. I've never been more impressed with picture quality and depth of sound. You will not be disappointed unless you try to install it your self!

I had planned on purchasing a 55" Samsung; however, the horizontal length was more than would fit the piece of furniture where we were placing the tv. The 50" was perfect. The picture quality is excellent. The sound is pretty good without a sound bar. Haven't had the opportunity to use the "smart tv" functions due to some internet limitations that I have to straighten out with the cable company.
